Herbal supplements

I am all about the herbal supplements to help shed the extra pounds that don't want to come off from my cardio. I had been working out hard taking no supplements but just couldn't get rid of the last extra pounds. I started taking a supplement that gave me energy, curved my appetite, and helped burn fat. I am now down to my target weight of 115 and I don't have a problem maintaining it.

ok i am down 5.2 pounds i messed up yesterday or it would probably be a pound more! i have 4 new winsor pilates dvds i bought for 2.99 a piece great deal considering i paid 50 dollars for 2 when they first came out but lost them!at big lots and i am gonna figure out a workout with them as well!

Ok I Am Not Doing The Rice Diet Anymore Am Back To The 1200 Cal And Excercise Diet!~ It Works But Wasnt For Me Its Hard With Going Out To Get The Right Foods! I Recommend It But Its Hard Unless You Have Your Meals Done Made And Ready And Take Them With You Out! Anyways I Know I Can Do This And I Know Each Of You Can! I Been Trying To Sort Through My Life And I Am Sorry I Havent Been Around As Much And I Need To Get To Diaries!

I know tami your right it was inconvenient and i gained it all back and it messed my system up but i am getting back on track lets rockkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk everyone!
 
Don't apologize for sorting things out, do what you need to do!! The Rice diet blech! LOL. I'm not a rice fan so I couldn't do that for a couple of weeks. Hope you had a great Mothers Day, and it's nice to see ya back.:)

Ok Everyone I Did It My Final Cals For Today Are 1125 And My Water Is 80 Oz With 4 Tbs Of Acv I Realise I Messed Up When I Stopped Using The Vinegar! It Suppresses My Appetite And Cravings And I Feel So Much Better Using It! We All Can Do This And I Am Rocking To The End!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So Lets Go Peeps!!!
