My Weigh In Was 217.2 Because I Realise I Am Stopped Up So To Speak So I Know It Will Be Gone And I Am Not Changing The Ticker Yet!

Yeps Korrie I Am Doing The Biggest Loser Dvd Today And The Next 5 Days From Now On I Am Doing It 6 Days A Week No Excuses! I Am Doing #1 Today And #3 Tomorrow And Switching Back And Forth

So Its Time To Get Serious And Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am totally with you on that bet :D hope you are having a great day. Are you feeling statisfied at all with what you eat??? I wrote down your food list, just incase I run into some money today(yeah right :mad: ) but you never know. Then I would go to the store real fast and pick me up some of the foods. Drink your WATER and stay POSITIVE
 
ok this diet is great so far am satisfied and no hunger and no cravings and i have drank 53.8 ounces of water so far!!!!!!!!!!!

i drank 93.8 oz of water!!

i feel good had a slight headache today but i feel better I really have had no sweet cravings and fixed my fam a pizza for dinner didnt even interest me! the rice fills me up and i think i found my diet or way of life eating finally!
 
I Got It Done Did Better Then What I Thought I Would Do Since I Hadnt Done It In A Couple Of Weeks , Girl U Can Bet If U Lose 20 Lbs In 2 Weeks I Will Be On Board Lol, Are U Still Doing The Acv , I Keep Forgetting Even Though I Know It Does Help Me A Lot. How Does That Brown Rice Taste And Do U Put Anything On Your Lettuce ?

******************2.2 pounds gone!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love it and i put the kroger brand generic of mrs dash flavor on my lettuce and rice and i use a littl of the balsmic vinegar dressing for flavoring and to get my 500 of sodium! i am telling you i ma not craving for the first time in years i love it!
