OK GUYS I AM CONFESSING I HAVE MESSED UP BAD TODAY DONT KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAD BUT I HAVE HAD CHOCOLATE MILK AND KRISPY CREME DONUTS ITS TOM AND I HATE IT THAT I GAVE IN TO IT! I WILL DO BETTER TOMORROW I AM SO UPSET WITH MYSELF RIGHT NOW AND YES GIVE ME A BIG KICK BUT I THINK FEELING AWFUL LIKE I DO IS PUNISHMENT MY BODY ISNT USE TO THE SWEETS NOW AND I AM PAYING FOR IT LOL! I HAVE TO WORK EXTRA HARD NOW STARTING TOMORROW AND I HAVE TO DRINK MY WATER I KNOW! SEE WE ARE ALL HUMAN EVEN I MESS UP! I DID DO THE BIGGEST LOSER DVD TODAY OTHER THAN THAT IS IS BAD BAD TINA!!!!
 
haha that's what happened to me the other day I ate McDonald's and MAN did it go right through me! haha.. I payed - lol.. Good Good Tina for doing your Video!!!!! Sweetie I wouldn't worry about the doughnuts.. You just have to get back on track for the rest of the day! Do you know.... right before Thanksgiving I ordered a box of doughnuts from a friends lil boy that was selling them for school.. (they was krispy kremes too.. my favorite.. ) and do you know I sat down that night and had about 7 of them.. Yep.. and come to find out they was around 250 calories a piece.. I sat down that night and cried.. But the only thing I could do is to keep going.. So as soon as your realized you messed up you just need to get back on track for the rest of the day! Dont let this discourage you... How are you doing on your water??
 
Hey Tina, I think one way to get past that slip up is to actually figure out how many points it was (even if you're over your flex points), acknowledge it, and then move on. We all screw up (didn't you see my mexican food free-for-all last week?) and you have to acknowledge what happened, and realize the full extent of it - even admit it - and then put it behind you. You're doing really well, and sometimes we fall off the wagon so we can learn to get back on easier. Take care & hop back on!
 
Ok Tina, you are a BAD BAD influence! After I read about your krispy kremes, my hubby ended up bringing some home and I ate two! Shame on you! Haven't you learned not to post the names of those places? :D
 
Man, those doughnuts are everywhere!!! LOL I just gave HH a butt kickin'!! :D I am sure you already know the points on those (holy crap!!!) so I won't post the number. I am sure you already feel rather sick so I won't tell ya what would happen. And you did the BL dvd so........ You butt kicked yourself for me :D

Mmm...donuts! Don't worry about it! The fact that you feel guilty means you'll be stronger next time the temptation is there. Besides, I bet you have to feel a little better knowing that you've been doing so well that your body reacted as though you ate some foreign object! That's good news!

Ok I Have Fallen Off The Wagon So This Is A New Plan!! I Am Going To Do The Rice Diet Of Secretly Size 7! I Love Rice And Pasta So It Shouldnt Be Real Hard! I Am Going To Do It And Drop 15-20 Pounds Fast Then Lose The Rest With Ww! I Need A Jump Satrt Like This To Get Me Motivated I Seem So Depressed But If I Can Do As Good As Secretly In That Little Of Days I Know Its The Motivation I Need! So My Plan Go Grocery Shopping Tomorrow And Get What I Need Start The Diet And Post It Daily That Way If You Want You Can Follow Through And Try It With Me! I Have To Do Something To Keep From Sabotaging Myself Completely And This Is What I Think Will Work For Now! I Am Sorry If I Let Anyone Down But I Will Do This And I Will Keep It Off With Ww!!

Ok this what I think you may not like it but Thats what friends are for right!
Well eating one donut and drinking some chocolate milk does not mean you have fallen off the wagon,And you will not lose your weight if you keep changing your diet its just going to confuse your body And sorry rice and pasta are fattening specialy if you eat to much nof it. you have been doing good on what you where doing and you really got to give your body time to lose what you want . cant expect miracles over night, I want you to do this the right way because if you dont it will not stay off , And on this fact nothing against what secretly size7 because its working good for her but When you start off way over weight you do tend to lose weight fast , And I give her tremendous credit for sticking with what is working right nowand I hope that it keeps working for her , Ok but if you are really wanting to do this new diet Girl I am right there behind you cheering you on and hoping its what you really need ,but dont think you are getting out doing the BL dvd with me lol
 
Good for you Tina for owning up to your mistakes, and getting right back up on that wagon!! I hope the new diet works out for you!
 
i am not getting out of the biggest loser i promise and i need some results cause i am depressed i cant fit in my shorts for summer completely so i am gonna give the diet a try for at least 3 weeks and see if i can lose to the 100's and then i promise to get back on ww and do it till i am at my goal unless i keep losing i will go till i dont lose anymore than go back on ww i am just stressing bad and i have to do somthing cause i am a type a person i run away from everyone and everything and i dont want to do that with all of you so i have to do this i know to do right!
 
I have to say that I agree with the other Tammy (Sugarfoot ;) ). I'm sorry! :eek: Ya gotta stick with something and give it time to work. I know, you are impatient like me and just want a way to lose some weight fast, but we just have to be patient. Find a diet and stick to it. I'll be behind you whatever you decide to do. :D
