Ok I Am Here And I Went Grocery Shopping Today!! I Bought Smart Ones Dinners That Were The Sdame Food I Will Be Fixing For The Family! I Have Ww Yogurt And I Have The Stuff To Go In My Water! I Am Ready To Rock From This Day On! I Have To Do This Cause I Know Now I Am Letting Precious Time Get Away So Here I Go Int He Morn I Will Post Everything And So Far Today I Have Had 32 Oz Of Water Wohooooooo I Am Trying For 64 I Know I Can Do It! I Love This Peach Tea Flavor Its The Wal Mart Brand Of The Little Tubes That Go In The Water With No Cals Or Nothing In Them !!! They Are A Great Help!!
 
Red, thats what I have been doing, and you even get a coupon for 50 cents off in the back of your we tracker book. I just finished the chick. parm. one. Sometimes tho, I get the lean cuisine dinner classics. They have more food with just as many points, and I like them cause they tell you how many veggie units are in each one. Honestly I Am Not Sure I Can Eat Them Other 2 Points Lol So I Done Great I Think For Today! Its After 9 Pm And I Dont Want To Eat Anymore So Late! I Also Got My 4 Tbsp Of Apple Cider Vinegar In For The Day!! I Am So Excited I Am Finally Feeling Like I Am Focused The Way I Needed To Be All Along!! I Will Catch Up If I Missed Your Journal In The Morn! I Think I Will Get Up Early And Do My Leslie Simmone Walking Dvd!!
 
Great Job today!! You're rocking it Tina! I noticed you are doing the apple cider vinegar thing too. I have some in the fridge, only tried it once because it burned going down and left me feeling burning gut for a bit.

I should drink some more of it. I have some info in my natural cures book about it. Says that it can actually remove fat cells from the body. It doesn't specify though whether that is body fat or food fat cells. Do you happen to know?
 
It Says It Stops Us From Storing New Fat And Flushes The Old!! I Mix It With My Tuna And Eat It So Its Not So Dry And You Can Put It In Water So Its Not So Bad It Is 4 Tbsp A Day That It Says We Need!!
 
Hey Tina! I read somewhere that it isn't only vinegar that does that but also lemon juice, pickles and pickle juice, and something else that I can't remember. I wonder why that is?
 
What's this vinegar business? Can someone tell me what the deal is? I want to lose some fat cells too!!! Please share, I'm dying to know how this apple cider vinegar works and if you have to take it all at once or if you can sneak it in here & there.

You Can Put It In Your Food Or In Water! I Put It In Water And My Tuna.
 
I Decided To Try It Cause It Cant Hurt Nothing And I Am Pleased To Say I Woke Up And Was Curious And Weighed In And Am Down To 232 A Whole Pound And Even No Ounces! But I Will Tell Ya That You Have To Use The Bathroom A Lot But That May Be Because I Drank A Lot Of Water Yesterday As Well! Anyways I Am Going For It At This Point It Cant Hurt And I Have Energy It Seems !!
