sure trying to lose I have a chart they have in the book posted in here I think! It is how many calories you need to have a day for your weight to lose! To maintain should be higher and i think your calorie intake is for maintaining! For people at 150 or below the intake a day to lose weight is 1,050 for each 10 pounds over that you add 70 calories like 160 is 1,120.it says to find the calories you need take your present weight and x it by 7. it is suppose to stop the plateaus! I am on my way to go job hunting so I will try to help you more with it when I can have more time! I didnt get enough calories yesterday and not enough water but I will do better ! ! ! I have a year from tomorrow to worry about 40 and i will look and feel so good by then it will be a magical number anyways hehehe love ya guys have a great day!
