Hey guys!! Thanks for continuing to check in on me. It has not been going well! My scale is out of batteries so I don't know exactly what I weigh but let me tell you, it's a lot. I wouldn't be at all surprised that I am back to what I was when I started last January!
However, today I went on my first run in months! It was a very slow 4km's but, certainly better than nothing! My mom came with which was nice. My goal is to run 5 days a week. I plan to at least run for a month or 2 then if I keep it up, I plan to get a gym membership to bring back in the weight lifting. However if I really feel dedicated and ready I can see myself getting a gym membership sooner.
Today's eating wasn't amazing, but I was able to be a bit better in the evenings than I have been and hopefully can make a better showing tomorrow!
I incredibly tired from my run and have a slight headache so I will go around to diaries tomorrow! I can't believe how many of you awesome people still have your diaries going! I am jealous that's for sure!
