Hey guys!! Thanks for continuing to check in on me. It has not been going well! My scale is out of batteries so I don't know exactly what I weigh but let me tell you, it's a lot. I wouldn't be at all surprised that I am back to what I was when I started last January!
However, today I went on my first run in months! It was a very slow 4km's but, certainly better than nothing! My mom came with which was nice. My goal is to run 5 days a week. I plan to at least run for a month or 2 then if I keep it up, I plan to get a gym membership to bring back in the weight lifting. However if I really feel dedicated and ready I can see myself getting a gym membership sooner.
Today's eating wasn't amazing, but I was able to be a bit better in the evenings than I have been and hopefully can make a better showing tomorrow!
I incredibly tired from my run and have a slight headache so I will go around to diaries tomorrow! I can't believe how many of you awesome people still have your diaries going! I am jealous that's for sure!
 
Hey Mystic, so nice to hear from you! I'm sure the damage isn't quite as great as you think, you'll be back on track soon.

Thanks guys! I forgot to give myself enough time to go around to everyone's diaries again today! Whoops! Tomorrow I promise cause I can't wait to catch up on how everyone is doing!
Today was a good day. Brought my lunch with me to work. After work I went on a 4 km run with my mom. A bit slower today due to being stiff from yesterday's run! I then made myself a decent supper and managed not to overeat in the evening! I think I finished around 1600 though I didn't weigh my food.
Very tempted to go to the gym on Saturday and check it out. I think I would enjoy the fitness classes and weights much more than running but then I really need to commit to going!
Oh and I forgot to mention, I got a new puppy! I got him about 3 weeks ago and he's around 4 months old. He's a Pomeranian, I named him Haku! Will try to post a picture tomorrow!
 
It's so good that you are back! We all have missed you for so long! Anyway i think that running is very good exercise. Someday i would like to do running in open air. At this time i try to do some running in gym but i still get tired and bored fast. I think that running outside has much more interest. Commitment to exercising will bring positive results soon!
 
Oooooooo a little fuzzball! Can´t wait for pictures! Checking out the gym may give you some extra motivation, maybe save it for when you need that boost?
 
Thanks guys. A good day today. My run was a bit torturesome. Had some weird discomfort in my lower back but it eased as I ran. It was actually our fastest run since we started 3 days ago, though just by a hair. I also ate pretty well. Finished around 1750 cals. But I really need to go grocery shopping as I don't have much to make decent food with.

Awww what a cute! Be careful not to fall into lordosis too much while running, sounds like the muscles in your lower belly may not have been as active as they should have been.
