Time's a Wastin, and I'm Still Fat.

Woohoo weight is melting off you Mystic!!!!!! Well done!!!!

Oh man, I can relate to the groggy feeling after jolting your head around a bit... I ran on a treadmill yesterday for the first time in a few months and when I stepped off (and for most of my walk home) my head was SWIMMING. That really weird repetitive motion type feeling. I have to remember to slow the treadmill right down for a few minutes before hopping off, or stay for a stretch or SOMETHING. Horrible. Haha!

Thank you :)
Well, my fitbit is surely dead. Boo.
So far I have had lasagna for lunch, popcorn for snack, chicken with bacon, brown sugar, and cheese, and baked potatoes.
I have enough cals left for some kind of snack yet.
Not feeling like working out, but would like to.

Well done Mystic on the weight-loss! "D but I really must ask..... Why do you add brown sugar? I just don't get it.

It's really good! It adds a bit of sweetness.
Not having the best evening. Done too much of nothing today, yet have had zero desire to do anything.
Would have liked to stay under 1400 but ended up at 1425.
Tomorrow is weigh in day, I'd love another drop like I have been getting most everyday this week, but I know I'm running out of water weight to drop.

Saw this today on a random website and thought it was a great thing to remember. It seems like it will take such a long time to get to my goal, sometimes it seems like it will take so long what's the point. But you know what? If I don't do it now, a year from now I'm still gonna be fat. If I DO do it now, a year from now I WON'T be fat!

A good weigh in to finish off my first week back. Now if only I can lose 6 pounds a week for a few more weeks (or months) ;)
Today was an exhausting day. Work was horrendously busy. It was my first busy day since the holidays too so it was just torture. Even though I didn't feel like I was working slow, you always are a hair slow as you get back into things so that didn't help either. I took a 5 min lunch break finally at 3:10. Had my lasagna. Surprisingly I had a good 3 cups of water to drink. I actually wished I had filled up my water bottle as I was thirsty before and after the barn.
After finishing off work at 4:30 (we are supposed to close at 4 but I couldn't finish in time) I raced off to the barn for a riding lesson. Have to drag all the jump material out from behind a wall, walk out and get my horse, tack him up. I thought he'd be hyper so I let him run around the arena a little bit. He made me run more cause I was chasing him so he'd run around, than he did. He would go to one end of the arena and stop so I'd have to run over there, then he'd go to the other end of the arena and stop, so I'd have to run over there.
I then got on him and had my lesson which was a decent amount of work. I then had to put all the jump material away again at the end of the ride.
I only got home at 8:20 or so and still had to make my supper. I chugged like 4 glasses of water before I even got done making supper. I finally sat down to eat at 9:00. I made chicken and potatoes with some of my random gravy.
I currently only at around 900 cals for the day but I doubt I'm gonna eat more cause it's already 11:00 and I'm full. (and too tired to even think of getting up to get something.
No real exercise today other than the riding and moving the jumps around.

"No real exercise today". Are you kidding me? Running after horse, riding horse, schlepping things around for horse... that´s real exercise! Kudos tot you for not getting a takeaway after that day, too

Thanks :)
I'm a touch sick which is really sapping my energy. I had a really hard time getting out of bed this morning. Got up at 11 and went to the barn to ride. Elis was pretty good. Did a bit of jumping. The jumps were already out in the ring when I got there but had to put the jumps away. Then my horse got his feet done.
Got home around 2, showered then made my lunch. You can make a pretty large omelette for very little cals. Trying to get some water in since I didn't drink all morning.
I was 177.4 when I woke up, but weighed myself just before I ate when I got home and was 176. Likely a bit dehydrated but loved seeing the numbers lower haha.

I always weigh more at night, so I'd be pretty happy with that drop Mystic. I'm with LaMa- sounds like a pretty full-on day to me! Well done! Hope you only get a "touch" sick.

Thanks.
Was just exhausted for most the entire rest of today. I was a little worried I might just say screw it and binge today. After my omelette for lunch I grabbed 2 chocolate dipped granola bars, ate them and just was craving more more more. I could tell my mind was trying to say 'screw it, eat whatever, just for this weekend then you'll get back on track' It took a lot to fight it down and not give in. I knew that I really needed to eat within my cals today cause tomorrow was going to be a higher calorie day as the whole family is going to my mom's place and we're having perogies and waffles. Thankfully I ended up just under my 1500 cal limit at 1488.
Due to my fatigue I didn't do any other exercise than riding my horse/putting away jumps. Which bums me out a bit because I don't want to get off track with exercising. My mom suggested I might be low on iron. I looked up symptoms of it and really only have 2 of the 10 symptoms one website listed (fatigue and frequent infections like my constant colds).

I would like to ride tomorrow but I would have to be heading to the barn at 9:30 and I'm not sure I would be able to convince myself to get out of be so early, especially if I am still feeling so tired.

I can´t tell you when it´s due, but sometimes your body does need an extra rest day, especially when you´re building up again. I understand the fear of slipping out of it, though. On the other hand: wait too long and your body will force you. Hope you´ll find out what you need to feel better right soon and until then you have my respect for not giving in to the cravings!

Well done on not going "stuff it" & binging Mystic! "D Hope you find some more energy soon. I'm off to look up Perogies.......

Thanks guys.
I'm fairly happy with myself today. I allotted myself a fair number of cals today, and though I had to guess with what cals everything I ate was (trying to air on the side of caution), I believe I kept my cals under my weekly calorie goal (which is what I try for rather than a daily goal as much). My cals for the day were around 2600. The only thing I wish I hadn't had was iced tea (the sugary kind) rather than water. Expecting to weigh a little more tomorrow due to all the food today.
Took all my nieces and nephews sledding so got some exercise walking up the hill over and over again. Then when I got home I did the 45 mins dance video. Finally really getting the steps down on that one and made it through pretty easily compared to the first couple times. I was really proud of myself that I did the dance video yet. And because of the sexy dance move in my dance workout, I decided to watch Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights.
