So after eating a few of those cookies yesterday after making them I nearly threw up during the night. Fresh cookies combined with the bad food of the season and my body just wasn't sure if it could take it anymore! I HATE puking, it's my least favourite thing ever, so thankfully I was able to stave it off. It left me not having a very good night though cause once I finally thought I could leave the bathroom and get back into bed, I didn't think I should lie down fully and crawl under my covers as that can make me feel gross again. Instead I turned on a Netflix documentary about Ballerina's and watched that for 30-40 mins at around 3:00am, before finally thinking I felt well enough to try to actually go to sleep.
Since my night was so interrupted I allwed myself to sleep in till 11 the next day and not get out of bed till noon. I would have liked to go ride my horse but it was terribly cold outside and I was still feeling very exhausted. I warmed up some soup I made the other day for lunch. I did have 2 cookies for a snack. I made a pasta dish for supper. I didn't have the ingredients I would have needed to make an actual recipe so I just randomly threw stuff together and it actually came out pretty well. I also made myself a naan bread.
I went to a 'party' in the evening and brought all the cookies I had made, that way other people would eat the majority of them so I wouldn't. I had a couple more of my cookies, some carrots and dip, some chips, a few mint m&m's, and a couple cans of pop at the party. At the end of the night, I almost took the remainder of the cookies home, but then thought much better of it and gave the remainder to a couple of my friends.
I'm really hoping to go ride my horse tomorrow, and may possibly go to a pub/club type thing with friends for an Eve of New Year's Eve party, though I am not fully decided.
