Started my diet yesterday. My goal is to lose 10kg. I'm going to try and keep under 2000kcal a day and keep up my exercise. I am a vegetarian, not a vegan though. Recovered from starvation (was unable to eat for several months due to a jaw injury) a bit too well, metabolism has returned to normal finally. Have noticed that if I eat in the morning I just don't stop, so for me not eating much before 12 helps. Eat too much when I feel nervous about going somewhere I have noticed. Going to try more meditation, writing, talking. Hoping to lose 3-4kg in a month or 2. I've been losing and gaining the same 2kg this whole year! Time to break the spell and really make the effort to get back to a healthy weight.
