Time to lose weight!

Thanks Cate :) I still haven't made a doctor's appointment, will do that today. Feeling tired for no reason. Still maintaining and losing weight. Only need to lose 4 inches from my waist, so I've done half the work. Sometimes I do get upset and wanna give up. I think most people get that way about any goals that are hard to reach. I have a couple of other things I'm working on and it does get frustrating when progress is slow or non existent. Have to keep going, keep pushing even though interest and enthusiasm wax and wane. Have to keep at it. Exercise is usually the easy bit for me and for some reason my body is not interested right now, so I'll be gentle but persistent until my energy returns.
 
Don't skip the breakfast it is essential for your body. Nuts like peanuts and almonds and seeds like pumpkin seeds and flax seeds help to reduce bad cholesterol and improve the level of good cholesterol. They are rich in omega three fatty acids.
