Life gets in the way... in 8 months -with consistent behavior -you'll be a lot closer to your goal than you are today... you might not be at 150 but you might not care- you might like what you see at whatever weight you end up in..
you'll have new habits build... and you might be satisfied with whatever number shows up on the scale because those jeans in your dream size fit your butt just right.. and well why mess with perfection.
That is a good reminder, Mal. I try to keep that in mind, but sometimes my competitiveness and excitement gets control which causes my rationality to drip out of my ears. I am actually thinking that I could be pleased around 165 because I am so tall, but my original goal is 150...so I don;t know if I could ever let myself be satisfied until I reach that. That issue gives me something to work on, doesn't it?
