The days happen, and like the others said, we've been there too! Remember that you got in some exercise and had a good breakfast, you did some great things for yourself today. Sure, you did some not so great for yourself things as well, but tomorrow can be better. No more ice cream as a distraction. Next time you feel like having something that's bad for ya, have a glass of water, wait 10 minutes, and if it is still calling your name, then have a small portion of it. Don't totally just tell yourself that you can't have it because you'll want it more, but be sensible about it.
