Good Morning Tiffany! Hope you got some sleep last night. :) Man I'm so full from eating all this cyber pizza... lol. Actually Korrie's pita pocket pizza recipe sounds really good! I think I'm going to try it this weekend! :) Have a happy Friday!
 
Tiffany, I wanted to stop by and thank you, for your kind words. :D

My step-mother has decided to stay at least one more week. :) My grandmother was feeling worse and having chest pains.:eek:

So apparently I am addicted to weighing myself. I sometimes even find myself stripping down and weighing at random points in the day "just to see".(oh, my maybe I shared too much:D ) Don't judge--you know you have done it, too:) Anyway, I weighed today and I was 230!! I have lost 30LBS!!! Of course, the Spring Challenge Weigh in is not until Monday so maybe I will make it down to the 220's!

I did eat something I really should not have eaten today, but my cals were way under before that anyway, so I don't think it hurt...it just was not healthy.

Well, I better get to bed. I have been staying up way to late and it is sapping my workout motivation the next day.
 
I've weighed myself in the middle of the too... but usually only when I'm feeling like I'm having a "skinny" day. LOL

Yay for you losing 30 lbs must make you feel awesome! I'm so proud of you Tiffany!!
 
hide that scale in the closet! now!!! hehe just kidding :D but it might help you if you hide it.
anyway, congratulations for the 30 lbs :D

If ever you feel the need to get on that silly scale, which I must add rarely tells us the truth. It doesn't know when we are having a bloated day, it can't tell that kind of stuff. You just get on this website and tell us about it and we will be there for you. You are doing great!! your awesome and I know you will make your goal weight in no time. Have a wonderful day today!!

YAY! Today is a good day!
I got a new washing machine and found out my financial aide all came through and I am all set to start school on the 23rd. I also have done VERy well on my calories and water today and have already gotten some exercise in. Plus my house is clean and my kids are being good....and I have FREE TIME!!! OH, if only every day could be like today.

I'm signed on ALL the time. If the computer is on yahoo is on but I stay invisible so you won't be able to see me. I usually come on the computer a couple times a day so hopefully we will catch up with each other some time tomorrow! :)
 
Well, my cals for yesterday(according to FitDay) were 1393. I burned off 383 with exercise. So, my total cals were 1010. Does that mean I had too few cals? Do my calories have to be 1200 BEFORE factoring in exercise or after?

It is weight lifting day today..my favorite. I have no problem making myself go lift weights...it is just the pesky cardio stuff that I seem to have forsaken. I guess it is time to reexamine my workout and find something that I will actually like to do.

I am hoping to be at least in the 190's by Christmas. Of course that is a small achievable goal. I wonder if I should not up it to something more difficult to keep me on track and challenged.

Well, I guess I better get my booty moving. Even if it is just housework, it is burning more cals than typing is.
 
Tiffany, you will make your goal weight by Christmas, with no problems with the way your working out and watching your calories. It's funny you said you love weight lifting better than cardio, HAHAHAHA It's the opposite for me, I love cardio in a big way, and hate all the weight stuff. :p And I think your exercise and calorie intake sounds just about right, your not depriving yourself, so your doing good. When does school start for you?? How often will you go??

Yeah, it is so funny how different things appeal to different sorts of people. I could lift weight and play basketball all day, but I have to FORCE myself to do 30minutes of cardio.

School starts on the 23rd. I will be taking teo classes and everything will be online and arranged to fit my schedule. I think I have to check in to "cyber classroom" like 4 times in a week. Totally manageable. Thanks for asking. I am really excited about it!

Well, I think the girls and I are taking lunch to daddy, so I better get started.
