I feel as though I have fallen off the weight loss wagon. It is probably because I have been absolutley beat since we got back and have not even come close to having the energy to work out or cook healthfully. (microwave dinners anyone?) Hopefully, I can get some energy back so I can jump back into my former efforts.
I will come back this evening and post my calories for the day. I have on ly been guessing at them while I was gone, so I need to get back into doing that.
Anyone have any words of wisdom for when you find yourself off the good track?
