Well, my cals for yesterday(according to FitDay) were 1393. I burned off 383 with exercise. So, my total cals were 1010. Does that mean I had too few cals? Do my calories have to be 1200 BEFORE factoring in exercise or after?
It is weight lifting day today..my favorite. I have no problem making myself go lift weights...it is just the pesky cardio stuff that I seem to have forsaken. I guess it is time to reexamine my workout and find something that I will actually like to do.
I am hoping to be at least in the 190's by Christmas. Of course that is a small achievable goal. I wonder if I should not up it to something more difficult to keep me on track and challenged.
Well, I guess I better get my booty moving. Even if it is just housework, it is burning more cals than typing is.
