On another pics related note. I finally got around to taking photos of the excess skin.
Now those that look at the pics when i upload them later tonight are going to understand why my skinny leg jeans look so bulky near the top.
In fact until i took the pics even *I* didnt realize how much skin i had on my upper thigh! :O

Anyway ill post them later on today, For now im sleep deprived and in pain - need to go to the dentist.... arg to broke for this crap .. lol
 
I think i might do what you do, and take before and after pics of myself. The before pics will be my motivation. So i'm taking your idea. lol. have fun at the dentist.
 
Hmm... ok ok. I'll be real careful how I phrase it.

Now I know how come your weight is higher than what we think it should be. Those excess skin must have been the culprit, besides muscles of course.

My thigh looked abit like yours when I reached 57kg last year. Yea it flaps around too so I ended up wearing long skirt or pants to hold them in place lol.
Now it's abit firm and flaps less cos of the fats I've put on again ha.

I think the pics were a fantastic idea into real life weight loss - very different from the airbrushed 'before' and 'after' pictures found in magazines out there.

I think you're very courageous and have a great attitude to weight loss, which a lot of us can learn from, myself inclusive. I think your weight training program will help in developing your muscle so there'll be less extra skin soon enough.

Thanks again for posting those up - and they're not yucky.
 
Hey you - I looked at your pix last night...Im not sure what to say other than you are you - you have lost 140 lbs and of course your body is gonna display some evidence of that...You hide it well - one would never know by first glance at you and your progress and I totally agree with what Steve said...You are on hellova example to follow...

I havent "known" you for long or supported you for long but i am damn proud of you !!!
 
yeah, im so sexy, im to sexy for this diet heh :D

My weight fluctuated something weird this last week. went down a couple lb after weight in last week, then bounced back up higher than it was, then went back down to what it was. Its a difference of about 3-5lb.
I understand exactly why though, very little water/veg/fruit and a lot of heavy meat/bread/potato meals.

Making an effort to eat only veges and more fruit for the next couple of days to get my system running again :)

Sure, of course.
If i cant (for some weird reason) then im sure T2Trucker could anyway.

Just had a super mega yum breakfast of bacon, toast, and hash browns (i left out the egs, i already had too much lol)

My calories have been higher than before recently, around the 1500-2000 almost (closer to the 1500 than 2000 lol)

Im trying to get my body back into eating a normal amount, but im exercising about 5000 calories a week or so, so weight loss wise i doubt its gonna make much difference.
Even if it does its no biggie - im entirely confidant that the weight is going to come off eventually. Im finally down to the not considered Obese catagory, and that was my main goal. The rest can come off over the next 3 years if it has too (though a little faster would be awesome lol).

Anyway basic, wheres the fire now, im under surgery goal, im healthy, fit, i look a darned sight better than i used to.

Last night we hired 2 movies. One for the kids and one for the adults.
The kids one 'Night at the Museum' was absolutly friggen awesome! The movie we got out for adults 'final contact' i think it was, was the most boring shit ive seen in a long time.
No action, no suspense, hell not even a chick flick! and no happy ending! The only thing it had going for it was surprisingly bad acting which was kinda amusing :/

Lets just say that we ended up re-watching the kids movie :D
