Yeah, its one reason ive kept my diary offsite now also. So i have a record of the entire thing as well.I hope that many people who need to lose weight read your forum and see what can happen if they try!! Lots can happen in a year!! Congrats on the medical exam!!

man ive owned those scales for 6 months, i waited this long for them to tell me my body stats - those suck lol!
my scales finally told me the stats
apparently 44% fat 38% water - lol
that would mean if i got down to 20% body fat i would proabably be 100lb ... lol yeah right
I think ill stick with what looks good than my scales measurements for now![]()
Oh aye - i think i was wearing socks also at the time. Ill have to try again next week without (ill leave it a week hehe)That's what I get from my scales if I go stand there with my socks on. If you have the same sort of scales, try wet bare feet... Not that the result would be any more accurate, but it's a lot easier to take.![]()

Hard work really does pay off doesn't it! The 180's went
by quick for you ,but you rarely slip up or hardly ever slip up like I do
thats why 180's felt like an eternity for me now time to head for the 160's!

OK Question you bike alot so how many miles would you say I would have to bike to use biking as an exersice tool to lose weight?I gave hubby's bike a try friday for 3 miles and it was not too bad besides my butt hurt severley and the place I rode at isn't 100% flat it has a tiny slant to it?Any tips and advice in this area would be greatful,Tammy
