Wishes,
I am so happy to hear about the tummy shrikage and no needed surgery yay that also gives me a ton of hope to!Thats one of my biggest fear besides loseing the weight itself is the aftermath BUT with lots and lots of exerscing like you do may prevent the aftermath!
Congrats to ya girl ^5 <----high five lol! Have a nice night Tammy

woop woop!

Had no net since last night - yikes :)
Some major melt down happened with power companys and the ISP.
The ISP is one of the largest in NZ so it took out pretty much all the works servers as well as the internet. So i logged about 5.5 hours as bored shitless pissing about waiting for internet to work today. Yay for no work - boo for bored crapless and trying to get currupted databases to work again :/

Anyway, now i have to run back in to fix a bunch of various servers for various people (because i happen to live about 10,000 km closer to the data center then they are).
One appears to have hardware failure too which is gonna be a particularly sucky thing to diagnose and fix.

I was gonna go for another run today whilst waiting for the kids, but it was 91F/36C or something like that according to my thermometer - i thought i might have a heat stroke if i tried that lol.
Funnily enough im not overly sore though today - i thought i would be more sore than i am :D

Hey wishes
I see you all around here, and I just wanted to stop by and say hi. Congrats on your run-that's very impressive! Hope you had a good weekend :)

Congrats on the running Liz! That's a huge accomplishment! I still can't because of my asthma, but I still jog here and there while I'm on the treadmill, just to get my heartrate up, and it feels awesome! :)

i just read about your running and for the first time i could actually see myself doing it in a few months time - i could never see myself do it. congratulations Liz , it must have been an amazing feeling. i can't wait to experience one myself.

and also congrats on the skin shrinkage.

Lena

My asthma was up a bit after the run - but it was tolerable, just weezing more from the effort i think.

So i think ive said im tired atm, a lot tired. And im putting in tons more hours.
I was reading a book last night when i clicked that i hadnt been keeping up with my multivit and/or iron tablets. Tada - i hate having to keep track of that. I hate being so tired etc. Anyway, ive taken them today, but im still feeling generally tired and crappy.

Hi! Happy Monday :)

Get those pills in! Its important...I've heard that it takes up to a week or two for vitamins and such to really make a difference. I dont' know..I just started taking a mulitvitamin and b12, and let me tell ya, I am SOOO much more awake now!! Do you take b12?? it makes a big difference!

Anyways, great job w/ the running! Just take it easy with that asthma!!

yeah, ive noticed when i forget the multis i dont loose diddly weight also.

I think its the iron and b12 as well. Ive taken a couple today and ive put them at work on my desk so i wont forget them :)

Hey I've been wondering about the vitamins myself. I've stopped taking the vitamins myself because I was being cheap. I think that you can tie the slow down in my weight loss to then. I am going to start taking them again.

I agree totally. It makes a huge difference to me anyway. Also you seem to feel more energetic and alive.

wishes - "broke a finger".

You didn't leave off a mitigating word there did you? Like "nail". You broke your actual finger! OMG. I'm sorry to hear that!!

Don't we get more story?

Howdy Wishes,
Jealous Jealous Jealous I would love to get out and swim and take my little fishys(my kids)with me ,we have a ball swimming.I hope your finger gets to feeling better that hurts! Have a nice day Tammy

nah im not to upset about it - though it means i cant do much cycling because its a finger i use for the gears and brakes :/

Also Ill have to take it easy at the gym probably as well. Im glad i had the forsight to take off my rings before it swoll up. and believe me it did swell!
I have a knuckle the size of texas. I can still type ok so i can work which is fine, i just cant make a fist or anything like that.

Not sure about going to the doc since there isnt a lot they can do for it other than agree its broken and then annoyingly strap it to another so i cant type or do anything!

Hmmmm biking.....running.....swimming.....You becoming a triathalete maybe??
You are incredible!!! I do hope your finger gets healed quickly!

Yikes on the finger!! Ouchy!! Hope it feels better soon. I broke my pinky once and that was definately no fun.

Keep up the great work - I agree with beckster: you're amazing!
