With a 50 calorie chocolate... you cannot go wrong. And i'm glad you feel good about being slimmer. Thats what this is all about. Yay for the TUCK. i have to tuck my shirts in for work, so i want to get slimmer too.

Well I just wanted to stop by to wish ya a Happy
weekend and keep up the great work, summertime will be here before
ya know it.;) Tammy

Love, love, LOOOOOOVE the Pocket Coffees! Purchased them in Italy once, now always looking for them everywhere, since they're not on stores here. They're such a treat sometimes when you'd need a cup of coffee and something with it but there's no time/chance for that.
Just don't try to keep them for too long. Trust me, there's a time limit for them staying liquid inside.. ;)
And congratulations on your new shirt!
Juliette

not always - im only human after all.
I gained 1lb last week - but i suspect auntyflow is gonna make an appearance :(

Lol

Aunty Flo...lol

Hi Wishes. That Aunty doesn't visit me anymore. My neighbour Sue Ettes sure bothers me a lot at night though. :D

Today im wearing my new shirt - and i tucked o_O

Im loving being slimmer! :D
Yesssss!!!
I am still way to big in the tummy to tuck anything........I have drempt of owning a half shirt for years..........and tucking in my shirts too......I actually wore a belt for the first time in years about a month ago.........that was cool!!! have a great week Wishes and enjoy your chocolate pepper?? how did it taste!!? later on dude! STAR

hey there I was tring to post in our 2 lbs a week challange and i just keep getting "this page not found" and it was for all the challenges!!!! what's up with that.........and whos idea was this new layout???? HELP!!!!;)

lol i dunno - sounds aweful though :D
I can post to the thread - weird.

On another note, i found when im doing my walking on the treamill im doing 4.35miles per hour which is faster than i thought.
I measure in km/ph so i didnt know how i stacked up against others and if i was doing 'ok'
I was always a slow walker, but now ive got my speed up to that and im happy with that atm.

Anyway - have a great weekend everyone.

Wow wishes, that's more than ok, it's a great speed. 13.8 min/ mile. I read that at 13 min/ mile you increase the number of calories you burn for a given distance, () and you are almost at that already.

Oh on another note.
I found another problem thing with weight loss.
My poor husband just about has no toes! Used to be when we cuddled (which is often) my belly got in the way. Now my feet end up kicking him or standing on his toes!
Okay i admit - I have size 11 feet. its huge feet, im like the ronald mcdonald of feet :)
My last night for the 3rd time in 2 weeks i just about took his toe nails off with my shoe accidentally, to the point of bleeding :(
eeek!

arg i hate insomnia

Though i admit i dont have it so much when ive done exercise. Due to work constraints and being severly over tired yet again i havnt been to the gym much this week. This is probably why i have insomnia.
This time i wanted to nip it in the bud - get rid of the excess energy so i can go to work tomorrow!

Anyway a couple years back i was trying to loose weight and was eating what i THOUGHT was healthy foods, and running.
I ran to the end of my road and back which was 4km (took ages to work up to that as well lol). I stopped doing it because i never lost anything in the 6 months i did it (well DUH! i was stupid back then)
So i thought 'well ive been wanting to get into some running as well as the cycling - heres my chance'.
Dont get me wrong - ive been on the treadmill often getting my walking speed up recently in anticipation of doing some running. So i left home at about 10.17pmish.
Man! could i RUN! it was like being free! When i used to run/jog it was more of a fast walk. I dont think both feet were ever off the ground at the same time at any point.
But tonight - man i was flying! Giant LEAPS!
So i got to the end of the road - only slowing to a fast paced walk a couple short times to let the heart and breathing slow down. Rang up hubby to ask how long it had taken, KNOWING i had done well. He goes 'oh umm .. not sure .. its 10.24 now though'. So it took me about 7 mins to do what used to take 15 mins :D
So i power walked and ran back (a little slower because i was tired) and that took just under 10 mins to get back.
Man im knackered but SOO STOKED! That was awesome!
I have a feeling my back is gonna be sore, its not used to the exercise (the legs should be fine though from cycling etc).

On another note. My stomach skin and "etc" seems to be shrinking. It doesnt overhang as much as it used to or flop about as much. This is a massive 5 star event here. If it goes down enough i wont have to have surgery to get it removed :D

so im off to bed again, see yall tomorrow :)

Ed: Just worked out that i would have been running at least 12km/ph or 7.4miles per hour - eeks!

Wow, that must be a nice feeling you have now. Here it's not going to be any outdoors running for at least two months. I don't take any chances with the snow and ice.. But the first run of the spring, what a joy, what a freedom! That's a thing to look forward to every winter.
And I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your skin to behave for you. ;)
Have a good week!
Juliette

I'm glad you're trusting in the hard work will pay off and no surgery will be needed. I thought I could never lose the 'down below' flab but sure as hell, it's coming off - just not as fast as I'd like, but it will eventually.

Having read all your accomplishments, I'm just so proud of you. Your relentless determination should serve as WLF blueprint to those who want to see what it really takes to get that weight off.
