sap == total sap :D

Its good you're a hugger - that's very cool - not a skill i possess ;)

I've seen that video and I swear i get creeped out by it :D

Hugs are important. I always make sure to give my old mum hugs when I see her because she doesn't get enough day to day. I know I'm lucky to live in a huggy house. I can remember being between husbands with no kids and how massive every single hug I got felt then!! Keep spreading the hugs I reckon!!

That video really helped me relize why i am dieting!!!!!
ewwwwww...some folks should not wear g-strings!!!!!
I loved your pics on your site.....you can really see the diffrence it is cool to look at your time line there dude!!!!
keep on rockin you are awsome sister!!

Well earlier tonight we had 2 earthquakes. First one i didnt notice because i was driving. It was at 8.30pm 3.7 and not overly large. The second was at 9pm dead on and 4.5
My monitor and desk etc started to shake from side to side fairly quickly - much like a truck had driven past only much worse.
Only lasted for a few seconds but it freaked me out a bit
Then a third was 3.8 and happened at 11.23pm.

Now i cant sleep because im wondering if there is a worse one to come, or one of the local volcanos is gonna blow :/

Anyway. Tomorrow is weigh in day for feb challenge. Hopefully ive lost my 2lb, if nothing else because i peed myself scared thinking about earthquakes :)

 I hope you are about to have a good night's sleep. That is a bit creepy. Have the earthquakes or volcanoes had a direct impact on you in the past?

i can think of way more fun ways to make the earth move :)

when i lived in new jersey -we weren't that far from a fault line - every so often we'd wake up in the am and there would be pictures on the floor that fell during the night.

I've been thru hurricanes, tornadoes, and emergency landings on planes - but earthquakes are by far the most unnerving...

I live near a fault line which they're predicting to rumble fairly soon. (40% chance in the near future - gah!) I hate earth quakes! I've never actually been through a big one but I imagine they are no fun. The little ones I've experinced scared the poo out of me!...lol.

I'm so glad you weren't injured in the earthquake!! I was in a 3.0+ here (very rare). I was on the top floor in a brick building, and felt the whole thing shake, very scary.

i live on a hill in a 2 story house so we really felt it more than others.

It was scarey - ive only had one before, and my brothers accused me of jumping up and down.
I got a funny txt from a friend who said 'i fell of my chair and then the EQ hit, i thought 'Shit i need to loose some weight!'
i just about peed myself laughing.

This is funny - I hope you are safe and sound now _ I couldnt imagine we had a little one a few years ago but it was so little it was hardly noticable - My oldest is freakin because they are predictin a big one to come soon within the next 5 years I think - she even printed out a whole big article for me to read - i hope you get some sleep and they are all gone for now

wow wishes.........never been in an eath shake........but it sounds really scary........they say that if yellowstone ever blows the whole state of Wyoming (US) will be gone........... there are earthquakes here sometimes but its so remote out here no one even notices!!! Did you know that Wyoming is not even considerd Rural.... too low of a population.......so we are still a frontier!!! :D Us and Alaska i belive!!!! thats ok with me cuz i hate crowds!!! take care and stay off the top floor!!! later STAR

We had a quake about 6.9 here (centre 100 km from here) when I was a child. No one was killed, but for a long time afterwards every vibration under my feet (eg trucks), really scared me.

:D LOL! That is such a good story about your friend. :D I wonder if she will get a bike now!

Hey Wishes,

Really enjoyed the hug-thing, though I didn't get it at first:) But its a nice idea, though why it would be banned I don't get...?
Your pics look better than amazing. You gone thorugh a fnatastic transformation:) Keep them coming:)
Anyway, sorry about your argument with your friend, but as they are your kids you decide which type of people you want around them. I totally understand, and just because she can't see why you feel like you do, you shouldn't go against your gut.
Hope the shaking stops soon, can't really imagine it, but I bet it doesn't make you feel warm and fuzzy inside such a thing. I just keep to being snowed in, thanks:)
I hope you have a nice day, and get to go to the gym soon...

wow some of those stories are scarey sounding.
Man i feel 100% better today after a good nights sleep.

I arrived home yesterday and there was a parcel from my sister ... the one she sent before xmas that we had given up on arriving (we knew it had chocolate so customs would love it lol)
Anyway, i got a bunch of swiss chococlate (she lives in geneva atm workin at CERN) which ill have to spread out over a longish period. and a Shirt :D
Now i dunno how many if you guys will get the Shirt thing - its pretty geeky i suppose, but i was rolling on the floor in laughter because its something that we say at work all the time.
Picture of 2 cartoon people (stick people if you will)
S1 (stick Figure 1): "Make me a sandwich!"
S2: What? make it yourself!
S1: sudo make me a sandwich
S2: Okay

sudo is a linux/unix command that runs stuff as admin user so it can make anything happen ... i guess its like saying 'roffle' as in rotfl verbally.

Anyway, the chocolate (i know you guys are desperate to hear about this stuff). We both like trying to and weird tasting things here ok :)

1 Bar marzipan chocolate (i dont much like marzipan so the kids can have this one)
1 Chili Chocolate (yep, it has real chilli in it!)
1 Packet of Pocket Coffees (50cal each!) .

Pocket Coffee are the best thing ever invented. She sent them last time so i requested them again. Think of a coffee maker, really strong kickass brew. Now leave the element on underneath it all night and come back in the morning when the water has evaporated and only strong sludge remains. Put that inside a chocolate with a touch of sugar and you have a pocket coffee.

Now i admit, they are extremely strong and not to everyones taste. But man i love em!
I just wish they didnt put the sugar in them - its weirdly sweet.

On another note - adding something in here

As a fat person - we are wearing a shirt. there is always the choice weather to 'tuck' or not.

Now most fat people do not 'tuck' - it looks bad and makes you look bigger than you are i suppose. To not tuck is more flattering and probably comfy.

Today im wearing my new shirt - and i tucked o_O

I feel glad that im confident enough that i look ok with it tucked.
it does make me look a bit bigger round the middle, but not overly hugely fat.

Im loving being slimmer! :D

ps. 'Tuck' as in tucking the shirt in

Congratulations on the tucking. That's definitely on the list of things I'm looking towards. :)

How is sudo pronounced?
