I love the hair the colors look great and makes ya
look all smiley and bright! I used to love trying new colors but most
of the time it never turned out the way I wanted it to.I had the blueish
black hair with the vampire red undernieth looked neat but not done
evenly.Anyhoot your looking good girl,keep up the gr8 work,Tammy

I do it myself, have been doing it for years and years. The colour is a conditioning colour so makes my hair all soft like babies hair - unfortunatly it fades after a month or two, but thats just a great excuse to change colour :D


Went cycling this morning, ended up doing 2 hours for about 1000 cal burnage. I would normally do those km in 1 1/2 hours but my cycling partner is not in quiet as good a shape as me (even though hes lighter lol).
I went at his speed most of the time only occasionally overtaking and making him work his ass off trying to keep up :)

Anyway I feel great now, and im ready to hit the gym tomorrow morning :)

Oh those pictures are GREAT! I only wish they had something next to them for scale - and um...the Bailey's Irish cream??? I was having that nightly before Christmas :eek:

My brother found and gave me that one. Its great!

Well ive been lowering my calorie intake a little and raising the exercise some more too lately. Today has taken it to a new low at 890 calories.
2 pieces of toast for breakfast, some tandori chicken for lunch and a 1/2 a naan bread. BBQ lamb chop and 4 chicken nibbles for dinner.

I was on 1200-1500 but mostly stuck to 1200 before, now im intentionally dropping it to 1000ish for a few weeks hopeing to shed a few. I dont want to go too low and end up stalling however so im being pretty careful about it.

Friends came over tody and i sold them my home gym and weight set, plus 4 bikes. My house is so much emptier! its great!
Also my cycling partner Darren gave me his excellent quality not to old BBQ which had broken a grill plate, so we grabbed our grill plate and put it on and now we have a MUCH better BBQ :D

Anyway, the day has been busy. I start work back tomorrow, ill sleep well tonight :)

Hey there girl I think that is VERY low if it happeneds here
and there it probally wouldn't hurt ya but if your planning to doing that
everyday along with heavy duty exersicing you may just litteraly faint?
I would TRY to atleast stick with 1200 your losing and feeling great and you look healthy!;) Tammy
 
lol no the 890 isnt normal, but it will be evened out over the last few days. I was full and ate what i felt like, it just happened to be lower than usual :)
