lol, im not down on them permantly, sorry i should have clarified last night but i was knackered and tired. Im just trying out cycling down for a few days then back on the 1200-1500. This was the first week ive done it. It seems rather effective also, i woke up and got on the scales for a weigh in and was pleasently surprised. Lost another couple lb, im stoked!
I was worried because my calories were always dead on 1200 apart from the odd splurge to say 1400. Im having a couple days with 1000 cals, and a couple with 1400 to mix things up a bit.
