My brother found and gave me that one. Its great!
Well ive been lowering my calorie intake a little and raising the exercise some more too lately. Today has taken it to a new low at 890 calories.
2 pieces of toast for breakfast, some tandori chicken for lunch and a 1/2 a naan bread. BBQ lamb chop and 4 chicken nibbles for dinner.
I was on 1200-1500 but mostly stuck to 1200 before, now im intentionally dropping it to 1000ish for a few weeks hopeing to shed a few. I dont want to go too low and end up stalling however so im being pretty careful about it.
Friends came over tody and i sold them my home gym and weight set, plus 4 bikes. My house is so much emptier! its great!
Also my cycling partner Darren gave me his excellent quality not to old BBQ which had broken a grill plate, so we grabbed our grill plate and put it on and now we have a MUCH better BBQ
Anyway, the day has been busy. I start work back tomorrow, ill sleep well tonight
