Well yesterday i didnt eat enough. It was an oops i didnt mean it! honest!
889 cal eaten - but i did no exercise either (was to tired from the day earlier lol).
Then this morning i get up at 5am from a sleepless night (again!) and husband had to go to work. He had said he was going early but i didnt realize he meant *that* early.
So im gonna work from home so i can
a) weigh myself at the gym
b) still get a workout.
c) sleep cause im still knackered!
Today is my final day for this months personal challenge - will I have lost the 15lb this month?
I know ive eaten vegetables most days and definatly made a change in the diet front ,which is good. i was eating entirely to much shit food before even if i was keeping the calories down.
Will edit and update this post with teh weight (i dont have scales, gotta use the gyms)
