Taken yesterday (July 1st '09)... ugh.
This picture makes me want to join an online weight loss/fitness support forum.
June 28th
I'll weigh and post another pic in a couple weeks and see where I'm at.
Positive changes I've made in the last 3 days:
Going vegetarian (again)
Regular Exercise
Drinking Water
Replace "boredom eating" with my more productive activities.
UPDATE: Current weight 09/05/09 @ 278lbs (2 months from start)
Just joined a gym up the street from my Apt. Feeling awesome. Still got a ways to go.
Wish my willpower luck. I'll need it.
