Hey T2...Just wanted to say Hi and congrats on the cycling.I love to ride too and I started back this week! Then I wrecked the chopper again...I think my hubby is revoking my riding privledges. So Not Fair...But I dont think I am restricted from the cycle yet...

I hope you're ok from the wreck, choppers can be fix - death and dismemberment can't.

I wish I could say I 'love' it, I'm just trying to shed pounds with it - it's aight I guess. Nice to see you back on - been awhile.

Way to go Trucka! You've lost so much weight!!! Great job. I'm glad you are still here and fighting back.

Hi MJB :) Where ya been hiding ?? Sure <3 your smile :)

teee hee hee , you had cocoa butter down ya panties! rotfl :D:D

To legit to quit!

You can't touch my buttah !!

Panties ?? :rotflmao:

I've sat here for closing in on a year now and sadly I've seen a few people jump around from 'program to program' with the same weight (+/- a few pounds). These people are failing to replace their desperation with determination. It's that simple. I've seen the 'warrior' types totally kick their own asses and they are by far the 'biggest losers' on here.

Don't use WLF to get caught up in 'oh he does this and eats that and that's just all wrong' or 'she has no clue wtf she's doing' and all the other politics and window shopping on here. Challenge yourself - use WLF for inspiration and education. There's plenty of both to go around here. I don't want you to be a 'warrior', I want you to find what works for you personally. I don't want you to follow my menu or exercise, I want you to see my dedication and determination. Make it your own lifestyle and you too will be successful - and yes, that is advice.

Hey T, GREAT ADVICE!!!, I could not agree more.

Hey T2...when I lost so much weight before I was riding my bike everywhere and eventually the butt pain wasnt so bad...but now Im up in my weight and out of butt condition and its killing me again.I even have a big squishy seat and my butt still hurts like crazy after 20 min. or so!!!
Anyway about the big panties/tighty whiteys...yikes! dont do it man!

Same here Beth. I'm not sure I told this segment of my journey in my diary but your very statement held true for me as I literally had to lift my own lower abdomen up off of my upper thighs in the early stages of my walks. The sores and sweat burns were painful, I literally had to stuff paper towels in the seams of my legs and apply massive amounts Palmer's cocoa butter ointment to keep my visions progressing.

Again, I state one must be willing to face their individual toughness - all unique unto itself but responding is critical. Thanks for sharing the power of visions. I suppose those who can't see themselves thinner probably never will be thinner. The imagery is always worth striving for creating that what seems elusive reality IMO. I'm glad I stuck it out and never lost sight of my dreams/visions.

I have certainly not had the degree of obstacles as you shared (and I have to say, I salute ya...wow, I am in awe of YOUR determination and success!).

You are right that we all have our own individual degree of difficulty in our journey. Some of it is physical, some of it is mental. For me, its impossible to succeed without a tangible focus and that focus is a better me. I can SEE myself as thinner, stronger and of course, healthy. When I see this, I FEEL that way!

Keep your vision clear, Randy!

If you think I'm clicking on that pic, you be a loony sort :jump:

Thanks Fenster. I doubt you really know what an inspiration you've been to me to push my ass to the finish line. Take it for what it's worth broski ;)

Sometimes the contents in your diary scares me!! Have a great weekend. Oh and uhh stay away from granny panties. Give s full body shiver here!!:rotflmao:

Sometimes I'm not to blame !! :p Have a good one Mechelle.

I'm conditioning nicely Sleepy. I don't like biking over walking but I do love the results. My underwear choices are a matter of National Security - we'll leave it at that ;)

It runs that deep Beth and a clearly understand you. Zero distortion. You and I think more alike than what we admit perhaps.

Personally, I'm a huge momentum freak. Had I not held my flab up and kept on walking, I may have given up completely. The greater of the pain was living in a sickly, morbid obese body destined for the crematorium. I lucked out at the time it was hoodie weather and I just kept my hands in hoodie pockets like I was cold while I walked and just lifted. Sick as this is to read, this was my life then. I would never sugar-coat weight loss.

and yes, no one person has it any easier or harder than the other.

I just come in your diary to read up on ya and check up on ya....

{{hugs}} I have to warn you though, I am a man. (re: your last entry in your diary)

-------------------

My pwnage today: 3 mile walk, 75 minutes of ass-busting lawn mowing, 30 minutes of raking, 10 miles up in the mountains biking.

I will walk or bike after supper too. yep, the horn just tooted

Toot away, my man. That's some serious pwnage. I'm not a diva by any stretch of the imagination, but I simply do not do lawn-mowing. :p I did when I was a teenager, but I haven't in years. And will not for many more, I hope.

There are some pictures in this diary that are NOT worth clicking on!

My gawd, that almost scared the coffee out of me!

Randy, I haven't done any back reading - but looking at your exercise routine - there's no doubt in my mind you're not saddeling up to the finish line - you're galloping!

I LOVE that :D

You're not a diva - yet :)

What is pwnage?!

One of those silly internet words derived from ownage or being owned, you know, as in being totally dominate or dominating.

The origin was (supposedly) from the Magic Gathering crew *shrugs* It's highly used in poker now.

Yeah but it falls short to not having you around to keep me on the straight-n-narrow ;)

Looks like you've been doing a bit of pwnage yourdamnself View attachment 3413

Hey hey... I didn't say anything about it being man's work, just not Dee's work. But if me not doing it means that men get stuck doing it all the time, I'm fine with that. Heehee

Sexist !! :rotflmao:

I like that horn. :)

You forgot to mention that you mow the lawn on a massive slope! (I don't think assbusting covers it :)). What a turnaround.

Yes. :) The dedication and determination is an inspiration. This is the source of the momentum which you are once again putting to maximum use.

hey that trick with the hoodie is a great idea. Wish id thought of it.
I just used to wear my underwear under my tummy and my pants overtop in a way that stopped the sweat and rash and chafing :O

I think doing hikes in the middle of nowhere was also a good savior because i had to walk back no matter how tired i was.

Good Morning T2!! Hadn't stopped by in a while, but caught up...I see you are still handing out great direction/advice. I'm walking twice a day when I can.

Yeah, whatever. It's adorable how in love with me you are.

:p

*sigh* another forum crush exposed. I didn't think it was so apparent :D

Forum support still makes up a big percentage my inspiration as well. I'd like to think when I'm out there doing my thing you guys are right behind me pushing me every step of the way.

*Place your hand on _________ and push away* :p (oooh the 'fill in the blank' game)

Kinda crazy the shit we have to admit to get to this point, isn't it ?? Based on the alternative though, I don't mind telling or hearing all this. The only thing 'disgusting' about any of this is if we woulda just stayed obese - right ??

hehe, I'm still a windbag ain't I ?? :p Glad to see you mega-walking again :)
