My kids went dentist yesterday. One had a tooth pulled (abcess) and the other had a filling (bad teeth run in the family).

I pity you Mr T2. Ive been avoiding getting a huge hole fixed up for months now :/

I just now finally ate my supper (soup) since things are getting back to normal. I regret letting my teeth get this bad but I was on the go for about two decades.

anyway, I'm on the stretch drive to having all 32 teeth restored and looking good again - kinda compliments all my other efforts.

I woke up this morning so incredibly flat (re: belly) it's almost like I've been in a dream for the last 10+ months. It's hard to accept (in a mystical kinda way) this weight (and burden) are largely gone. All I had to do was train my mind, it almost seems too simple.

It's simple really...eat less. move more.

That's when I go out in the afternoon or bike it indoors. Bitter cold isn't a time and place for me to be a forum hero :p

Thats the standard answer from any nutritionist or other doctor/professional.

Most people know this answer, the problem is 'How much less do i eat?' and 'How much more exercise?'

I mean i knew 'eat less, do more', but i had no real idea on what it meant until i started counting calories and signed up to fitday. It tought me a lot about which foods i should have less of, and which i should have more of in a more exacting way.
Same goes for exercise :)

But yeah its a good answer, but i fully understand people not understanding it.
