Hey T2! *BIG HUGS* I'm with M, take this time to take care of yourself. I'm super proud of how far you've come and I,as you do, see a direct correlation between your weight loss and the need for these procedures so be proud of the time you are adding back onto your life. You are a true inspiration around these parts, you've done much to help me and I hope to be able to return the favor....though I know I'm not as good at it as you, but I'll keep trying! *more hugs* :)

wow thats a massive lost! congrats.
I had a carbuncle years ago, and my husband did also, only nobody ever told us what it was (I just googled it now because id never heard of it). They are aweful and i wish you luck sorting it out.

T2 I wanted to tell you, that I feel for you. I have a friend who had one of those suckkers and I thought he was gonna die. They are trully awful. He's fine, don't mean to sound morbid! But I know how painful they are and am so sorry your having to suffer them!! Get well soon! Congrats on the 148 lbs. gone!!:)

Hello! I haven't stopped by in your diary before, but I'd like to pass on my best wishes and let you know deeply impressed I am by what you've achieved.

Wow... 148lb. That's just amazing, and very much an inspiration to the rest of us!! You must feel so different to how you were.

Hi T2,

Sorry to hear about your continuing medical problems. I have heard you say on a number of occasions that you had it easier than most because you did not have as many distractions or commitments to interfere with your weight loss but I think that you are underestimating yourself and your accomplishments. It sounds like you had and continue to have plenty to sidetrack you. Fortunately you have persevered and worked though all of it to get to were you are today; 148 pounds lost. Congratulations and keep up the good work, you are an inspiration to many, including myself, on this board.

Looks like you have a better idea of your heaviest weight now. Good job on reaching 235.

Have a good day

Being a poker player, I gotta play the hand that was dealt to me - or in this case, I dealt myself. I have no excuse for letting myself get that way.

If my diary does anything at all, I hope it changes (even if only one) young mind(s) to get fit now before it's too late. They know not the suffering ahead of them.

Thanks for the kind post and dude, I'm still looking forward to your century mark !! pretty exciting stuff.

Hi! Wanted to congratulate you on the AMAZING job you are doing on weight loss! That is fabulous!

I am so sorry to hear about you set back and hope you mend soon! I can't do much either right now, but not for the same reasons. I don't know how you feel, but know how frustrating it is! Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I hope you continue to recover quickly!

Thank you M2MK. The infection rate is usually pretty fast healing once the yucky stuff is drained, the incision takes about 3 weeks to close. Actually it's being forced open right now to ensure proper drainage. Thank you for mind-bending in my direction and I'll do the same for you on your mission. :)

Will do OHD. I instantly felt better seeing the *pom poms* gracing my thread *\o/* You're the bestest on here for inspiring with your 'can do' spirit.

Thanks Wishy :) I read your diary often and wonder how much better I'd be off if I had your energy and exercise ethic. I know soon I'll bust out into a much more intense exercise routine because you're living proof of the benefits from sheer determination and ambition.

You never let your size set you back on going forward. People should know I absorb more than I 'toot my own horn' on here. You have placed a part of your efforts inside of me for the continuing passion we share for a common goal. I still awe at your workouts.

hehe, I love a good Star story as much as anyone. No need for me to beat on your Mom's drum. She's an 'old pro' at this game. All I can say is how great my numbers since I changed my lifestyle however I obviously still have the 'related illness' aspect running rampant through me :(

6 living generations is extremely rare and something to boast about !! My G'ma made it to 104 and never got the 6 gen sticker, just 5. Sure is nice to know you have longevity on your side.

Thanks for the well wish hun.

Thank you Amy :) I couldn't wait either to lose my 'other person' but I never believed I couldn't do it. I see you doing this and girl are you gonna luv it !! I read your diary enough to she you shine on your landmark events and I always smile when you bubble forth

Sooner than later, you'll be getting hit on by Mr. H and I and J and K .....

:D ;)

Hey T2... Sorry to hear about the infection and whatnot. I'm just popping in to say hi! I haven't been here in a while, and I'm getting caught up on all the diaries. *hits the post button and vanishes into another diary* :D

Thank you b_g_s :)

I won't let a ER doctor or surgeon touch them without a shot of Demerol or Morphine in me, they're just that nasty to touch. Since I'm on their preferred customer list, they pretty much fire me up within minutes and get me comfortable.

No morbidity taken, you speak the truth on all accounts in your description.

Hello! I haven't stopped by in your diary before, but I'd like to pass on my best wishes and let you know deeply impressed I am by what you've achieved.

I do feel much better :) I'm glad to be an inspiration to those who are willing to make their own run at tackling what seems to be a monumental task.

Don't feel bad about covering everyone's diary, it's a big place and new diaries start everyday on here, I can barely keep up with it myself.

Best of luck to you on your mission !! Oye !!

Hi Trucker...sorry your not feeling well :(

Hope you get better. I know you said you thought that this would be gone w/ your weight loss, but don't be too down about it....who knows what additional stress you've saved your body by loosing so much.

You've gone great, and I"m really proud of you :)

Thanks Korrie :) Maybe life is telling me not to go back to trucking after all and take advantage of college. I really need to get back on the bandwagon and re-inspire myself over the winter months and get amped up. I really lost my shine for furthering my education.

Thanks for keeping me in check with the reality side of what I've accomplished so far.

Did you visit the 'pole' today ?? :D :p

Many thanks xorie :) I know you have many people on here you visit and that's a great thing. Keep helping those who need you and keep telling your story.

I always love to see the youthful people on here correcting their weight problems now before they suffer a long crappy miserable life.

I still swing by your pic thread waiting for updates :) You look great and good luck this volleyball season !! (assuming your playing)

Heya's T2,

Tammy:)

Well hell Tammy, I read your diary and I know you're being a bit hard on yourself and I'm the kinda guy who will just let anyone be a lil pissed at themselves and step back up to the plate swingin' again.

We all know you can do whatever you set out to accomplish. Chin up and stay strong !!

Thx for the congrats :)

I have had lot's happened since the cheating days.
My stepdad is in bad shape and my mom calls crying
and it's hard to deal with.I am and have been an
emotional eater and I am trying to control that but each
visit to that hospital room and the bad news they throw
at us everyday I am telling ya it is hard!
I am glad your doing better and have a funtastic weekend,
Tammy:)

Hey Randy...hope you feel a little better tomorrow. Congratulations on your amazing weight loss so far...you've come a loooooong way! :)

148 Pounds.
Gone.

Absolutely, friggin' amazing :)

You've worked hard Randy - no one loses that kind of weight without making the commitment. It's no accident nor is it luck.

You've done a GREAT job making it happen!

Hey T2. I hate the your not feeling well. I hope that changes for you soon. Ironically enough, We just read the Canterbury Tales in my monster of an English class, and it gives a pretty indepth description of a man who who also suffered from carbuncles. (Back then it was supposedly a sign of drunkeness) Ouch. Sounds very painful. I will be praying for you.

Anyways congrats on losing 148 pounds. That truely is amazing. :)

Good morning Bud..........imagine me bringing you some chicken soup and a warm blankey.......oh hell and some rum too!!!
I really hope you get some relief soon dude, being out sucks ass...........but get rested and take it easy and well i guess enjoy your pain pills as much as you can!!!!!;)
At least it is stay inside and snuggle weather!!!!

Certainly difficult times Tammy. Sometimes we're called upon to carry the cross, how far you carry it is dependent on how strong you are.

I hope you find a new inner strength inside of yourself during these troubled times. One of life's greatest rewards are persevering through the seemingly impossible.

I hope your day went well

Hi Cerella :) I hope you got to sleep in today. I know I did

Maybe it is...college is great, it feels wonderful to get those squeaky wheels oiled and running again...

Wouldnt' you like to know ;)

Anyways, how are ya? get anything to eat? still feeling fluffed?? lol

The college thing is gonna be thrashing around in my cranium all winter. I should just go ahead and do all the financial aid stuff and at least be prepared should I end up going, as for now, I'm not feelin' it.

I didn't take any painpills this morn so I can eat a lil bit. I've done a terrible job eating the 48 hours. I just changed the dressing on my incision and it appears things are doing well down there.

Fluffed ?? maybe...

Hey Randy...hope you feel a little better tomorrow. Congratulations on your amazing weight loss so far...you've come a loooooong way! :)

A BIG thank you DQ :) I have to admit, it has been an amazing event so far. I'm still on fire to see the rest of the way. I only ever intended to do this for life. I can't settle for going back to fat - just ain't gonna happen.

Well Debi, looking back now I do marvel at my progress in 9 months and many adjectives certainly apply but I still get excited for others on here too. It probably comes out of respect knowing how hard they're working on their problem with weight.

Your 155 day is an event I look forward to as much as my onederland day.

Many Thanks Jen :) Drunkenness ?? lol Can't say a bottle wouldn't hurt at a time like this *grins* I'm doing much better today, it doesn't take long for these to heal up after the poison is drained out, the incision is a slow process due to being diabetic, we're just slow healers *shrugs*
