Thanks for the cheesecake recipe. It actually sounds yummy

I may make that for my birthday next Sunday - I'll let you know how it turns out. My regular recipe involves large amounts of cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Plus toppings

I didn't sit on the edge of my seat when the TV chef made it cuz I'm not a big pastry/baked goods guy in the culinary skillz but I do remember he said the cream mixing was important to get just right, other than that it didn't sound like a complicated assembly.
I'd seriously like to hear your (or anyone's) opinion on the taste.

Debi, I knew I was screwed 2 minutes into the walk so I figured, wth, I'm here now and it's gonna hurt later anyway so let's just do this and do it big.
Honestly the ice did help but that's just a mask. Ice reduces swelling but it's not a mender of inflamed muscles, only time can (you know this, I'm not talking down to you) do that.
I will take off the rest of the weekend and re-evaluate. All I know is walking is 'my' exercise and the results are undeniable - now that I've seen it from both sides of the fence.
