Hey T, Well I made it to the show and back home OK. Had a good time with a couple of buddies I don't get to spend enough time with. The show was nice, they played some of Gregs stuff as well as some of the Brothers tunes and one or two that Warren Haynes wrote, but the roads were shitty going to the show, not as bad once you got to the NY state line, but still not fun. They were a little better on the way home, but you made the right choice, that would not have been a good drive for you.

Hey, T2, this is something most men don't seem to understand. So let me tell you something:

Anybody can get a nice body. All you have to do is workout like a fiend, eat the right things and eventually you'll look great on the beach.

The problem with that is not everybody with a nice body is also nice on the inside. A sense of humor, honor, intellect, kindness, and all that stuff that ultimately makes women choose who they want to spend their lives with ...

Sure, we're all weak to the flesh. But that's not enough to keep most ladies interested. The guy has to have a lot more going on than a buff bod, or it's just not going to happen.

So don't ever think a girl is out of your league. EVER. A lot of very attractive women sit at home on the weekend because men don't have the balls to ask them out. Plus, attractive women go out with a ton of superficial men. It gets tiresome really quickly.

Be on your game and dazzle this chick with your charms ;)

If you are digging your frozen self out my guess is that it is doing pretty well.

I'm hanging in - drug myself to the gym for some WT - this last month really hurt me. Just gotta get back to it...

Well the last couple days have brought favorable weight loss conditions to me. Really, all this shoveling has been a Godsend. 4 straight days, including this morning, I have yet to fail to generate a great, sweaty workout outside.

I've stayed under cals 3 of the last 4 days, and my one overage wasn't sinful. The beauty of it is I haven't really had to put my knee to the test on the treadmill. I think I'll give it a go tonight after supper.

I'm really on a roll this winter. Definitely an A+ here. No pity parties, no drinking to speak of, no time to fall behind this winter. My mental focus is clearer than the icicles hanging over my window. I'm excited about next weigh in. I know the numbers will be encouraging.

I really have to thank Wishes for challenging me. It wasn't the competitiveness that got me going, it was seeing her do so many great things in her life and it made me pull back and question myself why I wasn't doing great things, also ??

You know, you've all had a hand in this. There really is something about people pulling for you. Yeah, I know wl is all about 'yourself' but I just dig the camaraderie.

obtw, did I mention it's snowing again ?? YES!! more workouts !!

Well maybe I just need to watch my language more. I think that's what I meant. I'm just not very 'formal'. Ask Nicole. I swore in front of her a couple times when we met. I felt bad. I usually surround myself in an atmosphere where it's not an issue - gender regardless.

I haven't come this far in life without knowing when your traversing uphill before you start. I didn't say I wasn't up for the challenge. Yes, I will have to step outside myself this time.
