Well... I've had a lot of ups and downs (I.e: weight) mostly because of consistency (The lack of thereof) but I've been slowly coming down.
My lowest weight so far was 74.4 Kg (This was a couple days ago). I did screw up yesterday and today pretty bad, so I have no idea of my weight at the moment.
On January I pretty much stopped exercising altogether. My Resting heart rate is a bit higher again (Around 80 bpm, I think). I still haven't made any progress towards exercising again, but it's one of the things I need to do.
I'll turn 17 in little less than a month. In one more year, at this date, I'll be almost 18. I just realized this the other day. There is still a lot of things I need to do and a lot I need to change. I won't always have the luxury of time.
I'm not in a big hurry to lose more weight (in comparison to last year), but there is still a lot I need to lose. I'm using body fat % as a guide now rather than weight, and I'm around 22-23 % at the moment (according to my scale). I don't have an specific number as a target, but I'd like to go as low as possible (within reason of course), and the faster I do that, the better.
I will probably not write here a lot, but I hate leaving things half-way done, and that includes this diary.
