Snack 12:00 Pear. (81 cal) C coffee with 40 ml Hilo milk each (20 cal).
Lunch : 1:00 1 wholemeal roll (140 cals). 100 gm low fat cottage cheese (91 cal) 1 tomato. (15 cals) Coffee with about 40 ml Hi-Lo milk (20 cals)
Snack: 3:30 1 V8 vege juice (43 cals).
Dinner: 7:00 140 gm tinned red salmon (285 cal), 1/2 C mashed potato (150 cal) with light margarine & hilo milk (? 50 cal), 1 med carrot ( 20 cals) 1/3 head broccoli (40 cals).
Snack 12:30 6 almonds (36 cals)
Total: 1477 cal
Exercise: 11:30 40 minute jog on trampoline, including 10 minutes with light weights. (229 cals)
