Thanks for all the support. I'm glad you're feeling so happy too.
Sleep is the cure all for a lot of things. Rest well :)
You're so right. Sleep counts for a great deal and I have a constant war with myself because I'm so often trying to skimp on it.

Not all my thoughts are kind :D :p ;)
Yes, I was aware of that, but thank you for the momentary lapse from your normal cheek. :)

My boy was very chuffed because I told him exactly what I wanted, but said for him to tell Dad. I knew that hadn't worked out so I had given up on getting it. My son bought it for me one day then quite unnecessarily covered his tracks the next day by asking me what I wanted and suggesting a very different option. He was very pleased with himself, and I was pleased too. Everything else in the day was also smooth and happy. Considering I have at times heard stories of extreme Mother's Day disgruntlement, I have to consider that I did well.

How adorable that your son covered his tracks and after buying you what you wanted, pretended by suggesting something different. Ohhh, I like that craftiness in gift giving. LOL Glad you had a nice Mom's Day Felici. You deserve it.

Go for it! I will try and post to you tomorrow to get you on my subscriptions list. I do remember seeing you here when I was less familiar with this forum.

Thank you Mechelle. I have not done as well as I'd like with other people's diaries lately but I do try and I look forward to my contact with you.

Yes. Having given me the gift he kept talking about the way he had set it up for the rest of the day. :D He actually rang me on my mobile phone while I was out to pretend that he was wondering what to get.

I was just not sure about cheeky - I think I may have already had a discussion about it. I don't know another word with quite the same connotations for me.

Im just droppin in to say have a good day :D:D:D
Thank you. I am just going to bed now, too late as usual, but expecting a nice day tomorrow one way or another. :)

I'm glad I got the trampoline. It's really good for letting me at least do something on days like today where I haven't got my act together to work out during the day, and when I don't have the mental energy for something more focussed and intense. Now that I'm used to it I find I'm a lot more confident about staying in the middle regardless of my speed too.

I really have to stop indulging my tendency to stay up (very) late. I was really lacking in energy and other positive traits today and I know that was the overriding reason.

I have the same problem. And you always pay for it the next day. Fortunately, working at home, I can take a nap during the day if I get too tired.

Have a great day anyway!

I often wake up at 3 am and can't fall back asleep. Then I force my arse to the gym at 6 am and practically insert an IntraVenous feed to pump coffee in my veins, just to stay alert the first few hours of the day. I hope to nap on the plane home today. Zzzzzzz
Proper nutrition and exercise hygiene must be supported with proper sleep hygiene...but I'm one of those fussy sleepers that needs the temperature just right, no food after 6 pm, covers not too heavy, no sound WHATsoever, in order to sleep. Grrrrr.
