45 lbs seems like alot but it can be done. start slow make little changes and soon youll see the weight coming off

alot of ppl who dont have alot of time to exercise like to do HIIT its a great fat burning exercise that uses high energy intervals and recovery periods to get at the fat

very effective i like it alot also dont forget to do some resistance training really boosts your metabolism.xenadrine i dont know about,im not to familliar w/ weight loss supplements.

) once when i played tennis(in my teenage yrs) i hit the ball and it hit some guy in the head he didnt even see it coming poor guy

Starwars on the other hand i wont be going to see.i got out of it lol an extension of my bday present i asked to be excused from it.i know at the theatre in town they have matinees where moms(or dads) can go w/ their small kids/babies and enjoy the movies maybe yours has something like it?
