Thank you fatgurrlnomo, it really is exciting when you see stuff changing for the better :) what a beautiful day today!!! im in shorts and a tank top all ready, it feels good to get some sun. so far ive been pretty busy. had to give the dog a bath today and lets just say that i was just as wet as he was...lol. omg hes like a 100 lb dog and i had to lift him into the bath (bc he hates getting one)well talk about a workout. usually i wait for my h to be here but the lazy bum kept putting it off and the poor dog really needed one so i felt energetic and did it my self :) ugh then i had to clean the bath(job i really hate) but now its spotless and the house work is all done so im ahead for today! :D
:D :D :D oh yeah and my hubby surprised me with a weight bench yesterday(it inclines declines and stuff), brought it home, i was in shock,he hates all type of exercise gadgets says i have too many of them lol. so nice of him kinda like he actually gives a hoot about what im trying to do :D :D :D

what a beautiful day,hot,sunny,not to muggy and a little wind to keep you comfortable. went outside played around and got to do some gardening(well weed pulling but it was fun anyways lol)now we can go get some flowers to put in there soon :D hope the sunshine lasts all week, gona get great color if it does :)

Warning **major rant**

Well just when i thought that my DH was getting it...yesterday i ask him to stop and pick up a few things from the store the list was simple not complicated at all chicken,skim milk,apples and pears not to hard easy to understand....what does he come home with chips, pretzels and doughnuts!!!plus the other stuff did i ask for all this stuff. then he says that he feels tired all the time and needs to get more energy....well duh! eating crap will do that to ya.ok but heres why im really mad. i caved and ate half a pc of doughnut.now i feel so bad...glad i stopped at half and not after the whole thing or more. but still i ate it. i am so pissed at my self. ive been putting nothing but good stuff in my body for like the last month and i caved in and ate a sponge for lard what the hell was i thinking! I blame my DH for bringing it in the house(damn him chips and pretzels i can handle but doughnuts thats a hard one) but i blame my self more for eating it. ok so its not the end of the world i know, but it is dissapointing when your trying so hard to accomplish something. im back on track today. and ill be doing extra cardio to ease my mind(as for my DH i told him if he ever did that again they would be going straight to the garbage so dont bother waisting our money on crap like that)
ok rant over now lol
 
LOL well i check out guys butts sometimes if its worth it ;) but never talked to a guys "package". dont know if he had a pacemaker or not but i guess i gave him something to think about ;)
i like ON shakes way better than the stuff i had before not so sweet and more chocolatey(and it mixes better)so im very happy i got 10lbs of the stuff should last me a while lol. quite happy with it now i just have to finish the other stuff ugh :(
im retaining water(sucks)and its ttotm(really sucks)so im kinda cranky and probably why that whole doughnut thing happened in the first place. oh well today is another day!

Ugh im tired today :( dont know if its bc its ttotm or that i didnt sleep very well last night but my work out sucked today.i did weights this morning and i just dont think it went well at all.energy was low and everything seemed harder than it should have been...i did use my bench for the presses and stuff and its much easier than trying to do it on my ball especially the decline and incline(way to tricky on the ball lol) oh well my new routine starts on monday cant believe ive been doing this for 5 weeks or so.itll be nice to have a change and i get to do chest(and tri's) again on monday maybe itll go better then :)

I hate days like that.. I have had a few of those this week... I have really had to push myself thru many of my workouts... I just think sometimes we just have to push thru it..but man its hard. I am going to drag out my exercise ball too..I found it..bought it long ago...and im going to start looking for an exercise bike...and maybe sell my gazelle...I dont get anything from it anymore and i would like a recumbant bike i think instead...
I hate ellipticals :-D but i know ill get a good workout w/ a bike..so we shall see.
Good for you for pushing thru L...thats all you can do
 
thanks K im still gonna push...wasnt a totally wasted day did great on the cardio just felt alittle off, i love my swiss ball use it all the time, i actually sit on it a the computer so i get lots of use out of it lol

Yeah..its rainy and cold here tooo...i hate that. I would like to go look at recumbant bikes at sears today..but i so dont have the cash right now. Anyway... keep up the momentum..you're doing terrific
 
recumbant bikes are great...hope you find one you like :) i start my new routine today, gotta switch things around, dont want to get to bored lol today i do chest and tri's so i hope it goes better than my last wt day. feeling ok today...energetic anyways and thats always good :)

I am going to look at the local pennysaver here in town...I dont want to pay $400 for a bike..uggh.
I so worry that ill buy it and not use it...as thats how i used to be..but i really truly believe im not that person anymore...I just hope i can stay focused for good.

well yesterday i didnt get all my cals in, i for got my prot shake and by the time i remembered it was almost supper time but i did have extra chicken(not that it made up for it but still) went for a jog last night too, jogging into the wind is freaking hard but ill count it as added resistance lol was a sweating when i was done though...gotta love it lol :) not sore today from yesterdays workout(although it kicked ass bc i added some wt to my press) today is legs and i know that one will leave me sore tomorow ;) (still hate lunges but im gonna go at them diffrently today might help)oh and i got it(duh) from this point on i will try to keep it clean ;)

:D hot damn i love switching the exercises around legs were shaking when i was through w/ this one lol. even figured out a way of squating w/ my barbell w/out killing myself still wish i had a squat rack though :p / added 10lbs to my lunges and 10lbs to my deadlifts though i so could of added 20lbs will next time

on a side note: its about frigging time women get more self confidence and drop their insecurities(sp?) (lifes to short to be miserable,grab it by the balls and dont let go lol.)good for you ;) ...ok so makes no sense but will for some

Good for you switching your work out up...they say thats the way to constant long term wt loss ... Thats what i try to do each week..but its hard sometimes to keep it interesting ya know. It looks like your doing great.
 
Hey thanks K. ill be switching them around every 4 weeks now just to keep my muscles guessing,they say i need to take a week off after 8 weeks but i dont know....not sure i like the idea of not lifting for a week. id still do cardio for that week but still...i look forward to doing weights(i miss doing em on my days off lol)
so totally proud of myself :D my h came nome last nigh and wanted me to get all martha stewart on him(baking not the jail thing lol ;) )i guess he's missing all the baking i used to do....anyways he wanted me to bake cookies, and i did, i didnt eat a single one...not one bite, lick or anything! im so proud lol eveybody kept saying how great they were and i just said no thanks, you can have them.... :D i love the way my attitude towards eating has changed, i love sweet stuff but since i cut out all the junk im not craving it as much, loving it!its a total power trip to be able to say no im better than that, ive worked hard to get where im at not gonna let anything stand in the way of where im going :D anyways rambled on long enough about it

Thanks guys....believe me it wasnt easy but i did it....i love cookie dough too, the chocolat chip one especially(i could eat cookie dough ice cream all day lol well not any more but i one point i could :p )mmmm cookie dough lol i love cheese cake too(well any desert i love exept for the ones that have an alcohol taste ugh that i dont like)

btw construction workers omg!!! :D you gotta love when spring gets here and they're out in full force,man some of them are real cuties! ;) they are a real pick me up on a bad day if ya know what i mean (my h was/is one probably why i went out w/ him in the first place lol well that plus hes good looking lol)
