Acctually i don't see any side effects to them at all. so far so good at least when i remember to take them ;)

so feeling good today :D energetic that darn bug what ever it was is gone and now i feel like i can do 100%after i'm done this i'm going for a walk. it's beautiful outside and it's going to get up to 13C today so thats great.Plus i've only been at this a couple of weeks now but i can already see a tiny muscle starting!Now to make them bigger!

exercise for today: wts-back-heavypants,good mornings,superman on the ball,seated rows/done gave it 100% and really went at it :D -cardio wog 6k's/done but omg-ever try jogging while pushing a 30lb kid in a jogger way more intense than going at it w/ nothing holy cow i thought i was going to die lol but glad i did it now i only have to get better.
Progress not perfection(i can work on perfection when i get there :D )

Today im feeling good.Went and got my hair done yesterday and now im all hot and sexy and ready for summer.lol.retaining water though(now thats pretty darn sexy lol) so weight wont go down as much this week but hey im still doing my exercise and stuff so thats good :)

Try some asparagus L...I find that helps along w/ drinking my water.. kinda helps drain the excess off..I hate retaining water.
I know what your saying about pushing a 30 lb kid. I carry the baby in the back pack up & down our hills when we hike and it is a killer..he is 23 lbs..but still..uggh!
Looks like your doing great! I had to really drag myself out of bed this morning..it was a tough work out but i did it.

I don't know if this has ever happened to any body else but, i was standing in front of the mirror looking at my self when i noticed that i have a line on my belly. i believe it's my abs! i'm quite surprised by the whole thing i've been doing crunches and stuff for ever but since i added weights they seem...tighter? i'm baffled really,now don't get me wrong i'm not talking "janet jackson" abs but hey ill take what i do have anyways lol. so there a begining talk about motivation to keep going :) now i can't wait to see more of them.so today im feeling good!

hey thanks guys...like i said not Janet abs but hey it's a start.todays a busy day ate food stayed under the 1600 i'll add some food to bring it up. i just don't feel like writing it all in.
last night i made myself go for a jog at 9 pm it was dark so extra motivation to run fast lol i feel good so will see what tomorow says :D

Oh and waxing sucks big time!!!!never going to do that again!

I am going to start wogging i think this week..just maybe a few steps here and there. I worry ill fall and break my neck though. We put up a badmitton net here at home and i was playing running all over..hit a hole and went down like a bag of rocks...I was sore the rest of the nite...what a donkey! My ankles are the weakest things on the planet. Of course the poor things werent made to hold my honkin butt either.
Good for you to go jog at 9pm..i would have ran..i woulda been ascared!
 
LOL.Thanks. trust me ascared i was. i'm in the country and the block here is like 3k's so when i get to the back part it's quite dark and believe me that was more like a run than a jog lol got the dog w/ me a great big siberian husky but i think he's more of a wuss than i am ;)
the waxing sucked! it hurt worst than my giving birth to a 10 lbs kid lol both of wich i will never do again lol
yeah wogging is great even if you only do like 30-40seconds of jogging w/ walking in between. it takes no time at all to build up to more, i like it :D
i hope you didnt get hurt too bad, i'm a total klutz myself so i could see my self doing something like that,well actually i have lol

:eek: Lol what a time to get back on the forum, I was going to get my legs and arm pits waxed tomorrow but boy am I having second thoughts now. I was going to get them done last fortnight but chickened out.
 
Holy moley! WAy to go L... 100 lbs that is absolutely amazing..it makes me want to get up in the morning and push myself! Congrats!

Today after legs i am sore those deep squats are a keeper :) i dont know why i never tried them before, i guess i was scared i would fall on my butt lol
but i didnt, so my hamstrings and glutes are feeling it and im quite happy.still got to find a way of adding more weights to them w/out killing myself lol
anyways yesterday night i felt a little snackish so i had some allbran w/stawberries in the middle they are pretty darn good and a bite of salad so my cals for yesterday are a little higher but its not like i ate icecream or chips or something so im proud of my self for keeping it clean :D

exercise for today: wts -arms-bi's,curls,alt. curls,hammer-tri's- kick backs,overhead,l-extentions-forearm curls/abs-a whole bunch of them -cardio elliptical for 35 min.(done :D )and i must say it was beautiful here today we had a high of 25c hot enough for shorts! wont last though its gonna be cold and rainy tomorow,oh well at least i had today :)

I love all bran cereal..I use it on my salads, in my yogurt and i snack on it. I am doing strawberries dipped in choc for dessert..its a low cal way to get in the sweet but not too much cal.
 
yeah i do that too w/ the plain allbran its pretty good (my daughter thinks its brown sugar lol)have you tried the new allbran it has the strawberries(kind of like a jam)inside them they are very good :)
strawberries dipped in chocolate my idea of heaven :D
 
feeling good today :D got to do some exercise late start to my day but ill be doing them right after this. still sore from the leg wrk the other day,but i like it means it wrks so yeay me. i can see some muscle in my quads that i couldnt see before so im quite happy about that.means im actually making progress so im on track this week id like to loose 2lbs but ill take what i can get lol.
