Today after legs i am sore those deep squats are a keeper

i dont know why i never tried them before, i guess i was scared i would fall on my butt lol
but i didnt, so my hamstrings and glutes are feeling it and im quite happy.still got to find a way of adding more weights to them w/out killing myself lol
anyways yesterday night i felt a little snackish so i had some allbran w/stawberries in the middle they are pretty darn good and a bite of salad so my cals for yesterday are a little higher but its not like i ate icecream or chips or something so im proud of my self for keeping it clean
food for today:

green vegetable 1c
1/2c cottage cheese

exercise for today: wts -arms-bi's,curls,alt. curls,hammer-tri's- kick backs,overhead,l-extentions-forearm curls/abs-a whole bunch of them -cardio elliptical for 35 min.(done

)and i must say it was beautiful here today we had a high of 25c hot enough for shorts! wont last though its gonna be cold and rainy tomorow,oh well at least i had today
