Totally agree with you,the chocolate has been sent with my husband he could use a few lbs. i have a big control prob. when it comes to having goodies in the house

so if they are not in here i won't eat them. i don't even buy them at the store,usually my hubby comes home with stuff. i'm always afraid what people are going to think

(another of my prob's)at the store you know no wonder she's fat look at the grocery cart filled with icecream and cookies(i have been told many times that other people just don't give a crap/mainly by my hubby

,probably cause it's true and probably cause he wants the damn stuff)it's just the mind set i've got i'm not quite sure how to change it

i've always thought that way-i've also always been overweight
Anyhow on a positive note-i like this mini meal stuff, i don't eat as much and i don't feel hungry all the time so thats good
