Went over in fat %, under in carb % and the protein was about the same %. Found out that I like rye crackers. It's a miracle. I like something healthy...:D

Meal 1 - oatmeal w/raisins and brown sugar, coffee
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - turkey sandwich w/mayo, baby carrots, string cheese, milk
Meal 4 - egg white, cottage cheese, wasa crispbread
Meal 5 - 1 slice homemade pizza
Meal 6 - wasa crispbread, pb
 
30 minutes of DDR. I burned more calories this time than the other 4 times. This time I burned little over 100 calories. All the other times was 90something.
 
I don't try to do that. I mix up the songs, but there are times I go in order from easiest to medium-hard. Sometimes I'll do the same song twice.
 
Today I fell of the wagon, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Today was a party at school for the 100th day of school. They made trail mix w/peanuts, cheese puffs, raisins, mini-marshmellows, fruit loops, m&m's, pretzel sticks, skittles, goldfish crackers and animal crackers. Now I didn't make any of that but I did sample some of m&m, goldfishes, pretzel sticks, raisins, and cheese puffs. They also had cake, but I had a small piece. I told myself I wasn't gonna have any of it, but I caved.
 
The saving grace of the evening was I didn't partake in their supper they are having. I had a smart ones and they had fried porkchops, fried taters, biscuits and gravy. This is a hard test since I looooooove fried taters, but I can do it. Yes I can!!

ah thats not falling off, just slipping a little. you're still riding :) My son and daughter had 100 day too, but I didn't help today, my days are Mondays since dh can watch the little one on that day. I'm not sure they had an actual party but they had an assembly with Ronald McDonald. Isn't it great how they promote such healthy food icons :mad:

It reminds me of Super Size Me, where they were showing kids pictures of all these famous people/historical figures - the only one they knew immediately right off the bat was Ronald McDonald. Pretty disturbing.
 
Well they are trying. That's the best any of us can do. Some of the parents do bring in healthy treats for parties..sugar free cookies and some don't care and still bring cupcakes. I admit I'm one of them, since I'm bringing cupcakes and juice boxes (bad mom..slap my hand), but everytime we have a party, I do try to bring something healthy. At the Christmas party..I took sugar free cocoa and sugar free no bake cookies.

Lost a pound. Hoping I would have lost more, but I'm happy.

Had a blonde moment yesterday and didn't think the forum would ever get fixed, but I didn't click on the right thing, so I'm behind.

I checked out your meal on the prev post from this one. I also now eat cottage cheese to boost up my Protein! :D And I think I find a liking to it now. the 2%milk one tho.
So how bout these above? how you do with the %age? :)

And yeah, frozen meals only look good on the cover hahahaha... I bought like 5 of them coz they on sale (just for emergency).

P.S. Don't sweat over the indulgence day. Remember you didn't fall off the wageon ;)

No cheating today. Maybe it'll be a clean weekend, but not holding my breath. Lunch was ok, but didn't care for the sauce on the ravoli so just ending up eating the ravoli itself with little sauce. The vegetables at supper didn't come out right on fitday, but only had 3/4 cup.

Meal 2 - ham sandwich w/mayo, string cheese
Meal 3 - Smart Ones Ravoli Florentine, bread, milk
Meal 4 - t-bone steak, mac and cheese, broccoli normandy

Out of the frozen meals plus gotta go to the store, so not sure what my food is going to look like until I can go, plus I do have tuna to play with.
 
I think it's the mashed potatos that it only works with. Not sure what the aliens would do with the tuna. Probably run away and hide!!
 
30 minutes of cardio. Ash played with me this time. Took longer because she couldn't find the songs she wanted, but we had a good time.
 
Low on calories but normal on the %'s. Need to go to the store tomorrow but with not much money. I need to get the essentials so not sure if I can get what I really need on this trip.

Need to get rid of the pop leftover from the weekend. At least it's diet..:D
 
Went to the store and was able to get some stuff that was healthy. The yogurt is light, so not as bad as regular. Didn't have any fat free, so gotta do what you gotta do. I ended up getting 2 strawberries instead of 1 strawberry and 1 strawberry/banana and a cherry cheesecake flavor. Usually don't do cherry cheesecake, but thought I would give it a try.
