Did better on my %'s, but not like it should be. The cherry cheesecake yogurt was good. Will buy it again.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee
Meal 2 - egg white, string cheese, oj
Meal 3 - ham sandwich, wheat crackers, diet dr pepper
Meal 4 - yogurt, baby carrots, bread, tea
Meal 5 - chicken, baked potato, cottage cheese
Meal 6 - pb, cottage cheese w/fruit
 
Looks like you are getting your sh!t together! GREAT JOB! :D Maybe we CAN do this after all! ;)
 
I'm trying but just can't seem to get my carbs down. Oh well..keep on keeping on and I'll get there.

I think so long as you're in the ballpark you'll be fine. You're eating cleanly and without a lot of processed foods - this is a good thing. While it's good if you hit those percentages, I'd not obsess over it - remember you have to do this for the rest of your life (eating healthy that is), so it's best not to get nuts over it. Keep up the good work.
 
Today I slept in until 8:30. It felt so good, but it messes up my food schedule, but it's all good. It's good to keep your body guessing.

I need to start eating more salads, maybe that'll bring my carbs down. I don't have any frozen meals, so now I have to rely on other things to eat. Kindof like "welcome to the real world".
 
My daughter has eaten my last strawberry yogurt and she liked it...:D Now I gotta go to the store to get more. At least it's cheap..:D but not sure if I can get to the store before the weekend. It's my turn to work at the school tomorrow. Friday isn't my day, but since her birthday is Saturday, I'm taking treats on Friday for the class and working. Greene's son is going to take pictures also, so he'll be there for the party. She'll be so happy.

On the carbs note, I also find it hard to push it down.... I think I will start alternating my oatmeals for Breakfast *cry* and change it with egg whites omelet instead..... I don't know if i can do it... I love oatmeal!!!! ....
 
Last night supper had 1/2 cup of vegs w/supper, so I think the cal was actually 15, so minus that away from the total, but I still was over. Today is another day, so we'll see how it goes.

I'm trying..let me tell you, this isn't easy. I added egg white and oj with my cottage cheese and fruit and the carbs kindof budged down but not much.

My mom and dad are coming to town today so I'm hoping I can get some exercise moving stuff in their apt they got, but don't know how much I'll get done while Ash is in school. Also I know they'll want to go out to eat, so I'm cringing and hoping I'll do good at the same time. Have to remember to eat healthy until Sat. I can do it, I know I can. I have to get dishes done, some trash taken out and cleaning out my car before Greene gets home tonight, so the house doesn't look like a complete wreck.
 
Lunch was a Wendy's salad and a diet coke. They have a new one, cranberry pecan chicken w/a berry vinegarette and cranberries on top instead of croutons. I thought it was healthy!! Moved stuff in their new apt. That took about 45 minutes. Supper is a pizza, but I'm opting for a pasta dish instead.
 
I weight in Saturday. I didn't do my ddr today and I doubt I will do it tomorrow because mom and dad want me to come over and move some more stuff. Good god I hope I'm not sore in the morning..:D
 
OMG, I messed up big time! I tried to eat healthy at supper, no pizza, just pasta. I even gave Ash my garlic bread!! The supper put me way, way, way over big time...:mad:
 
Hope I burn some of the pasta off tomorrow!! Should have had a salad then the 4oz pasta, but you live and learn.

I was curious to how much I weighed since I messed up last night and I shouldn't have looked...:( 181.6. I'm not going by that one since tomorrow is actually weigh-in day. Yes I'm little bummed but it happens. We'll see what tomorrow brings and if I've gained instead of lost, yes I'll be bummed but I can't be myself up about it. It's what I get for eating more than I should.

I'm not using fitday today because the plan is to move more stuff and I'm working at the school today. I don't know what's going on after school, but I'm still eating healthy today, which means no snacks for me at school, but I'm still planning to have my pizza and cake tomorrow for her party, well at least one piece of cake.

Mom and dad want me to stop and get them breakfast. I've already had my oatmeal and coffee. I added a cup of milk this morning. I want to be full since I don't know if I am going to get any more meals in before lunch. Since I have a feeling that lunch will be eating out again, I'm going with a salad. I really liked the new one from Wendy's yesterday so I'm going to get another one if we go there. I have a feeling that we'll probably go to Jiffy Treat (it's like dairy queen), so I'll get a taco salad. It's not as good a regular salad, but it beats hamburger and fries.
 
One rule to go by - never, ever weigh yourself just after eating like that. The body takes time to take care of the calories/not so clean food, so your weight will be inflated.
