Just brosing htrough and saying Hi...good job with the pizza/sub thing...that is what it is all abt my friend and your Curves results were amazing, evne with all my exercise I dont ring in results liek that from Curves...
 
Great job resisting the call of the pizza! I can't do just one slice either. Is it wrong that I love cleaning the bathroom? :eek: ..lol

Hey Changeforlife that's terrific willpower. If you really get the craving for pizza you can go ahead and have a slice, but you're right 1 isn't very filling. You're doing great. Keep it up!

I just wanted to come by and put something in my diary cuz I haven't for a few days. I'm doing pretty good. My mood, I don't know why, has been up and down though. I have really been craving food, and I've been letting my body have it. I'm staying in my caloric range, but if I feel hungry, I've been eating. And if I feel tired, I've been resting. And if I feel energetic, then I do something energizing. I've really been listening to my body, trying to get to know it, because I really don't know it that well.

Anyhoo, hope all is well with everyone. Thanks sooooooo much for all the support, it truly keeps me going. :)
 
I just got back from Curves and grocery shopping.

So at Curves I signed up for a few games. If I lose weight then I'm entered into a drawing. I had to weigh myself to get my starting weight, and it turns out that I lost about another lb. wahooo. Actually, it was bouncing from 291.7-292. But it looked like it was settling on an even 292. So, wahoooo.

I'm happy about that. Ya know, I kinda like checking my weight often, if I have weight loss it really makes all this worth while and gives me an extra boost.

At the store I bought the usual stuff. I also bought Dreyers Rocky Road Ice Cream bars. About 1/2 the fat, and 1/3 the calories, or something like that. 180 Cals. a piece, sounds delish.

I also bought some of that POM drink stuff, that stuff is expensive so I only bought one. Also, I forgot that it has a lot of sugar too, but I'm only gonna drink a little of it at a time. Sugar can turn into fat.

So yeah... I'll get around to diaries later. Hope everyone is well. :)
 
Hi CFL!!! Way to go on the weightloss!! Thats fabulous. I have to check mine weekly or else I'd go crazy.. lol. Keep up the great work, you're doing fantastic!
 
I'm gonna stop going to Curves when there's only like 2 people there. The girls that work there are SUPER nice and sweet and fun, but they want to talktalktalk to everyone working out, and since there's no one there but me and someone else when I go in sometimes, then of course they have to come talk to me.

I hope I don't sound mean, but it annoys me. lol. I think of working out as a time to really get in touch with my goals, and I also like to think a lot about stuff. It really relieves stress. But if I'm standing there talking to someone, I forget to workout hard, I forget to move the way I want, I really slow down, and I'm not concentrating.

So, I've been trying not to look at them when they are just wondering around the floor, so I won't draw their attention to me. It's just frustrating.

When there's a lot of people there I LOVE IT. I can feel the good energy in the room, and it makes me just wanna do everything a bit harder and longer.

So yeah... *phew* had to vent that out. I guess I just gotta go at times when its busy.

Anyway, I'm gonna work out later again, do some aerobics. I really wanna get down to like 290 by like tomorrow, lol.
 
Wow - I thought I was the only one... I mean - I like the idea of having someone to talk to but when I actually have someone with me or on the phone, I just want them to be quiet..lol

Look at you - going back for more!! Very nice.
 
Sounds like you are doing well...I like check my weight 5 times a day...LOL...as far as the curves thing I can relate and htey tell us not to talk to our partners when workign out but yet they talk to us...
 
Awsome on the pound left behind!!!!!!!!!!!!! Youa re doing awsome and I dont blame you because we all want to focus on our excercise and if they are not saying go or do it or pushing us they need to leave us alone hehehe But as for me its usually my little one saying like this mommy or faster lol She will be 3 next month and she loves to excercise with me lol!
 
Hey red...mine as well...she always asks me and begs me for tae Bo...since I wrecked my back I just havent wanted to go back their yet but I think I am ready...Oh and she hates Yoga but yet she does it with me and does it on her own when watching tv...LOL...kids

So, oooooh, yay, I accomplished my goal. I was able to get down to 290.4 today. That's about two more lbs lost, and a total of about 3 lbs for this week. Now that I've done that, now my new goal is 2 more lbs for the coming week. Just gotta keep losing it...

Alsooo. I weight myself with my big clunky tennies on, so I've gotta weigh way less than I do. But that's cool... I started out weighing myself with my shoes on, and so I gotta keep it that way.

Ohyeah, I'm also a bit mad that Curves is going to be closed the 23rd-26th. Ugh!! Well, I guess I'll just have to walk or do aerobics. I definitely DO NOT want to be gaining the weight back over some stupid turkey or something and lack of exercise.
