The Road to Change...

Hey A!! ;) Thanks

So, I just woke up from a dream. And it was so weird, I woke up angry. I was really mad at this lady that I *thought* I knew, but when I woke up I realized I have no idea who that lady is at all. When sleeping I kinda pinned her as either someone who was a High School sub or someoen I used to work with. In the dream she said something smartass and I turned around and I was like "Youuuuu again!!! Grrrr!!!" *glaring at her*. Then she said something smartass again lol. So stupid, and I have this clear mental picture of what she looks like- older, gray hair tied back, really big bone (not fat), and really tall, tanned sort of blotchy skin. No idea who she is. lol. Dreams are so weird. I guess I'll have to keep a look out for her or something. :p
 
Some more good things about today.

I put on a sweater and some brown pants of mine, both used to be pretty tight. I am AMAZED at how big this sweater is on me. And I keep walking around the house showing people over and over how much room there is in my pants. I'm able to pull out my pants a lot, and I have to keep pulling my pants cuz they keep kinda slipping down. wahoo.

Btw, in case you're wondering, I hate belts...
 
Hmm, I'm just wondering about this hand and arm fetish you girls seem to have! :p

Is there anything in particular I should look to do with my arms to make them more attractive? And what about the hands? Is it the back of them or the palms that do 'it' for you? I'm genuinely interested! lol

Glad you're feeling a bit better CFL :) If that smartass woman shows up in your dreams again, send her to me - I'l give her a piece of my mind! ;)
 
Hi J!! lol @ that dreamm.. crazy! I forgot what i dreamed last night but I know I woke up going 'what the hell is up with that!?' And I'm so happy to hear about the baggy clothes!! Isn't that satisfying!! I annoy everyone with it, 'look at all the room i have!!'.. my dad just smiles and says 'shut up you!'..lol

This is hilarious! Ok...I can't speak for the hands really, but I would imagine it'd have something to do with the size of them versus palm or or back of them. Though I could be wrong, and honestly I can't wait to get a confirmed answer.

Now arms...that's one of the things that I LOVE! I like big arms with definition. Its something about broad shoulders and well defined muscular arms that "does it" for me. *gets a chill* :p :p Hope this helps you.

I'm not sure what about them I love. I like them to have..um.. some girth. Not necessarily muscle-y, in fact I hate big muscles and prefer a softer guy. And about hands, I love big hands. .

Ok, so... I haven't lost ANY WEIGHT in TWO weeks!!!!! :( I have been super lazy lately and probably eating a little more than I should. I've lost a little motivation.

That stupid Thanksgiving through me out of wack and now I need to get back on track.

It's so hard. My dad is frying some chicken and potatoes right now. UGHHHH, it smells sooooo good. :(
 
So, I just got back from Curves. I don't normally like talking to people while I'm working out but this girl started talking to me. She looks like she's about 15 or 16, but it turned out she's 12!!! She's really tall and REALLY smart, I would never EVER guess she was only 12. I'm seriously trying to figure out what they put in water these days because 12 year old these days are NOT the same. My friends and I were still playing barbies at her age. lol Anyway, she looks like she has just a bit of baby fat, but other than that she's not fat at all.

She was talking about her parents and how they want her to come, and how she got in a fight with her friend, how people call her fat, how she doesn't have self esteem and she's not happy with herself and that's making her grades drop, etc. She talks like she's about 20 years old though.

She reminded me so much of myself when I was her age, only I wasn't nearly as social and energetic as she is. I told her to do this now while you're young, so she wouldn't have to go through this when she was older. And we just talked and talked.

I don't know why, but talking with her has motivated me considerably, seeing so much of myself in her has made me want to fight harder.

More Curves stuff...


There was a sort of contest thing on the notice board, about writing a letter about your weight loss and include a before and after picture, the prize is $1000 dollars!!! The letter has to be sent in, and I definitely want to submit a FANTASTIC after picture. Now if MONEY isn't a motivator I don't know what is.

Also, another challenge thing starting in January up on the board, the sign up is like 99 bucks, but it includes a lot of supplements and vitamins, t-shirt, a bag of more goodies, and weekly classes. I should definitely sign up for this, I definitely need things to keep pushing me to do better.

Well that's about it. When a door closes, God opens a window. :)

I've decided that I'm gonna start posting what I eat, AGAIN, lol, for accountability reasons.

Breakfast: Snooty French Toast with a banana - 354 Cals
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pizza and some ice cream - 570 Cals
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs - 280 Cals.
Snack: Bowl of Cheerios - 265 Cals

EDIT Last night I decided to have a grilled cheese sandwich too. 180 Cals.

New Total: 1649 Cals.

Yes, time to break out my writing skills. I have no idea what I'm going to write about. I guess just my struggle for weight loss and the success I made so far.

$1000. I need this money. lol
 
OKAY, I totally misunderstood the $1000 game thingy. It's much more that I want to do, lol. The winner would have to be in an AD for Curves, and I would have to have lost 25lbs or more and maintained it for 6 weeks or something like that... So.. that deal is out. lol. HAD to be too good to be true. lol. But maybe next time, I wouldn't mind being in an Ad actually, just not at the moment. :) So maybe I'll enter next year or something if they have it.

Piece of Cornbread - I DUNNO how many cals. I'm gonna say around 200 cals. though.

Oh yeah, and I weighed myself today and I'm 289.2... that's another lb so that's SOMETHING. But damn, I really wanted to have lost more. It will come soon I suppose. Before Thanksgiving I was like 285lbs I know it, and then I dunno what the heck happened.

So, I keep hiding from Jehovah witnesses. When they first came I didn't wanna be rude so I stood at the door listening to what they said, and acted slightly interested. Now they keep coming back and asking for me by name, I tell my parents to tell them I'm not home. Ha. I need to be some jw repellent and put it by my door.

I was a bridesmaid in August and some of the photos came back and OMG I can't believe how fat I am. Ughness. It's quite embarrassing. It's definitely quite a shove to keep me going, keep me wanting to lose this weight...
