Day # 119 - 120
Thanks, Trucker. I'm trying. Holiday celebrations are sooooo hard. Temptation is everywhere!
Another start to another week. It is FREEZING today. It was 1 degree with the windchill factor this morning. Suffice it to say I did NOT walk. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr. I stayed curled up in my warm bed with my puppies until 7:10 a.m.
I did ok Saturday. Did a lean pocket for breakfast (mostly because I was running late and didn't have time to rinse out my magic blender!) Then, I had a fig newton bar in the car on the way back through from Harrisburg. It was the healthiest snack I could find at the BP station in Harrisburg. For dinner we had pizza. I had 2 slices. And, I snacked on some chicken spread mom makes with crackers.
Yesterday is another story. Sundays are so hard. For breakfast I did my smoothie. Then, Amanda and I got Auntie Anne's pretzels at the mall. It was super greasy, yikes!! For dinner Mom made roast and veggies. I ate more than I should have. And, then she made apple pie. I love apple pie. I could not resist.
So, today I'm getting back on my Monday track. I doubt I'll be able to walk tonight because I may have to go visit a friend in the hospital. Besides, it's still too darn cold. BRRRRRRRR. Here's hoping I have a good week.
