LJ there is zero need for any of my trigger foods in the house. It's just me and G and he's a salty dude while I'm a sweet lady. I was just thinking the other day about how I buy a lot of new-to-me treats... Actually I can only think of one sweet treat that I routinely buy, and that's sweet and salty kettle corn Smart Food. Perhaps that's part of my problem, everything is always new and exciting but then I end up plowing through just to have it be done with. And then I move on to the next new treat and plow through that one, too. Interesting thoughts you've stirred up, sir.
LaMa, great point, when I was training for long distance runs I ALWAYS considered what I was going to eat the day and night before. Even though I'm not running for hours at a time anymore, I should still be thinking ahead.
