I had a therapy session today and I came back refreshed. Just polished off some fruit for an afternoon snack, and I believe there is some sort of barley soup in my future. This will mark the first time barley had ever entered our kitchen, so wish me luck.
I don't think I had any idea what barley was before but I'm totally on board now. Chef, are there other uses for barley in the kitchen or is it primarily soup? I could google this, but why bother when I've got expertise right here?
