Wow, I could never go that long. Im so bad I weigh myself three times everyday.

I really wish I had done this at the beggining, but alas I didnt.

Big day today. After today I have 2 more weigh-ins left in my bet, and still we are in a tie. I weighed in 3 pound less this week. So only 6 more pounds to go FTW!

IT IS OFFICAL!!!!! I AM NO LONGER CLINICALLY OBESE!!!!!! BMI= 29.99 Whoo Hoo!!
 
Well, yet another mile stone. I took all of my fat guy clothes to the Goodwill the other day. My closet and dresser are almost empty. I had to buy some in-between clothes while I was there. So now I have no choice but to keep losing weight or my better half will skin me alive for wasting money.

Weighed in at 204 today just under 2 week before the final weigh-in for the bet. Im soooooo close, but so is he. I need to drop all four pounds this week :? We will see.
 
That is great to hear...all of mine are in a spare bedroom - I have to go through them to see which things I want to alter and which things I wish to part with...I am so happy for you :)
 
Way to go, man. I'm about to have to do the same thing. I have two pairs of jeans that even close to fit right now. The others just fall off my ass as I walk. When I hit 200 I'm going to be hitting the mall for some newer stuff. It's tough though as I know I'm going to peel off at least another 30 lbs and I'm just going to have to do it again. I'm thinking it's going to be bargain hunting. I don't want to spend too much on clothes that I plan on being able to wear for a few months.
 
Yep, I know what you mean. Thats why I just picked up some clothes from the goodwill. I found 2 pairs of designer jeans for $10. I also hit Old Navy's clearance rack $5 each. Just to hold me over.
 
That's all I do anymore...I buy clearance things b/c I just can't stand spending decent money to have to get rid of something in a few months...I learned that lesson the hard way - I got two suits that were 69/each and they didn't fit me w/in 4 weeks. I think I wore them once.

Talk about pissed.

That was the last regular priced item I bought. Ross isn't bad for cheap things either...I got two suits there that were 14 and 21 dollars.

Its all over as of today. I beat My friend to my weight lose goal! I lost 45 pounds to his 18 pounds in less than 3 months!. Big day for me. Now all I have to do is get to 200 pounds before May 19th for my birthday. then I will start phase 2. Going for 170 by august. :party::jump:
 
F'n eh! Congrats, man! You're a machine! That's almost 4 lbs/week on average... damn! You'll rock 200 no prob. I'm shooting for 170 by mid-July/August as well. Looking forward to phase 2.

I can totally believe you beat him, but I understand where you are coming from, I get that feeling when I look at my befores or whenI pull on some new piece of clothing that is 10 sizes smaller than I used to be.

Now all you have to do is beat yourself, no easy task, but I KNOW you can do it :)

For health, confidence, and a desire to be sexy hot! So I can grow old and see my kids and grandkids grow.

Getting demotivated. Falling back to my old lust for food.

I love to eat. I eat when Im happy, sad, bored, and when Im not. I want instant gratifacation and food is easy.

Treat food as fuel not pleasure. Eat in moderation, and get off my butt and workout.

Yes, once I lost 30 pounds with diet, but I cheated a lot and was never truly commited.

Didnt change my life style. fixed the symtom not the illness.

Yes, I keep a journal of every calorie I intake everyday.

Yes, I try to eat at home as much as possible

Once, maybe twice a week.

Mexican, Italian, and Chinese

Olive Garden, Riversedge (local fancy place), any true chinese place

Cut my portions in half when out and weigh and measure food at home.

If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?

I would have a thin layer of fat over well defined muscles to soften my body. Like any good steak, if the meat is too lean then it wont have the best taste. I dont want to be a body builder, but more along the lines of a gymnist.

Yes, if I am bored or sad or happy. Pick one.

Isnt that called dinner? Yes, I celebrate things and have a glutenous feast.

Yes, sometimes so my wife doesnt yell at me.

Many things, depends on what my wife is cooking.

In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?

CURRENTLY I am working out at the gym doing anywhere between 30 mins to an hour of cardio 6 times a week. Cardio consists of treadmill, eliptical, stairs, stationary bike, and regular bike. Then I will do 30 mins of weights alternating between upper and lower body throughout the week. I play softball, paintball, and disc golf also.
BEFORE I did nothing.

Treadmill, Stairs, and Bike.

What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?

It was a bet I had made. Now its just habit and desire to be thin.

Do you have rewards for certain goals?

Not this time but I think I might set some.
