Actually overall there's not much junk food.
When I do have takeaways, I'll still stay under or barely go over my calories for the day. I don't eat chocolate anymore and rarely drink alcohol..
It could do with some work but especially compared to before it's not bad at all.
When we have curries (which is quite a lot to be fair) they're not takeaway curries, and although I've eaten a few recently if I don't buy biscuits I don't eat them, so it's a binge more than anything then I'll go a while without.
Anyway.
Went shopping today and bought in some salad stuff, some tomatoes, cucumber, ham.. Still got cheese and peppers so will take those for packed lunches, or maybe stick to wholemeal bread sandwiches.
Bought in some more ice cream but the last 4 tubs (not huge ones) lasted over a month, which equals half a tub of ice cream a week, which isn't too bad. Bought some stuff to make a homemade chilli, and hoping to start making my own bhajis too.
Bought in only quavers crisp wise this week as they're the lowest ones.
Got some cream cheese too to go with my melba toast and cucumber.
Oooh.. Great offer on muller light yoghurts too. 12 for £3!! normally over £7!

Weigh in in the morning, looking at 1 or 2 lbs this last week..
But my uniform tunic is bigger for some reason.. Think my shape has changed more than anything.
Anyway, have to go.. Got a practical exam in the morning and an essay that needs finishing for tuesday. and exams on friday and monday!!!
Need to get some sleep.
