Cheetos is nothing, I had a massive fried chicken takeaway last night. Was my birthday so I treated myself to a PS3 and some junk food, was a good night![]()
Cheat meals can keep you from going insane. Just make sure they don't turn into cheat days or cheat weeks. Perhaps it's a good idea to schedule a cheat meal, so you can look forward to it. It might keep you more motivated to not cheat the rest of the days

Anyways, good job on the weight loss so far. 26 pounds is great, took me a lot longer to lose that. Keep on eating healthy and continue the exercise!
