It's a great app, I love it.
The weather is nicer since it cooled down a bit. We head to Bretagne soon, it's by the sea. We will be there for one month with the in laws.

Good to hear your back on a good route, you can definitely reach your goal before Christmas.
I was looking I to my fitness pal and fitbit but never saw them when I was researching pedometers which is strange as its great you can sync them etc, not so great though if they are giving you extra calories.

Today has been good, eating well, I'm loving oatmeal over toast now.
About a 60 min walk and active round the flat and at the park.
The walk was a struggle at the end. My body is still getting back to normal.
I was very active round the flat this morning as hubby needed a sleep in so I was running round feeding and changing nappies and calming them down. When it's one with just the two it's very busy lol but I love it!

I did have a depressive "I am fat" morning. Think part of it was the dress I wore :(

Lucien had a great time. Owen was grumpy a lot and needed slots of cuddles out of the push hair. Think he's having colic :( poor little guy, breaks my heart to see him cry like that.
 
Oatmeal over toast?! Delicious! Great job getting the exercise in despite feeling the struggle. At least you know that it is a 'normal' struggle to be having right now. Best wishes to you that you are feeling top notch again soon!

It will be nice when we get out in the country, the fresh air will help on my walks.
Yesterday I did over 7000 steps yay, I need to see the instructions on my pedo meter though to see the history, because I took it off and checked it at 7:30pm but I didn't wake again till this morning :-o and it resets itself at midnight.
 
Weighed in at 86.8, so after losing a kg a day I put on 200 gms :(
I know I shouldn't be disappointed as its normal its slowing down but I was getting used to it lol
 
oh well, no need to worry, you're doing awesome, so I'm sure it's just a little bump in the road.
 
Thanks Guideon. Will be easier to get out walking for the next month, we leave for the Bretagne tomorrow morning.

Thanks Benny, yep my first great day with steps and my app won't let me enter figures for previous days :( so its not on my graph.
I'll know next time if I'm napping late to enter stats in anyway and if I wake again I can just edit them.
 
My pedometer says over 9000 today.
I think yesterday and today aren't accurate though? I was wearing dresses and wearing it on my underwear, I just read if you do this you should have the clip facing outwards for more accurate results?
 
Re steps: Worked it out, can enter stats for previous day yay!
I just put 7000 as it said over this but I can't remember the exact number

There's so much you can do but I didn't know at first, click on Everything or read instructions :D
The reports is so detailed or you can just share a screen shot, it's great!
 
Good job on the increased steps. But, may i ask, How is the diet going? remember, it's the most important part!

And don't get depressed over the clothes!

Nostalgic, just read a bit of your diary. Wanted to say congratulations on your success so far and I look forward to reading more about your journey.
 
Note:I'm in Bretagne and the Internet is not working so great so I won't be able to post often during the rest of the month :( we are currently at the cafe using wifi

Weighed in at 85.9 yay.

Diet is good, I don't calorie count but basically eat oatmeal with yogurt for breaky, lunch and dinner are both generally large salads and in one of those meals I add carbs, either bread, pasta or potato. I have a yogurt with each meal + a piece of fruit. Snacks are a piece of fruit usually once a day.

You said you are on Bretagne. I'm gonna assume you are on a trip or something? -If so- I hope you enjoy it!
*note* I hope I just didn't assume something totally wrong due to my bad english. :blush5:

The diet doesn't look bad, but as you lose weight it may come to a point on which you may need to start counting.
